Absolutely the best braums great people and good food

Came today to get a bag of cheeseburgers before work. They were old and disgusting. As soon as I came back with the bag I was met by the cashier who was amazing and very polite. As soon as he turned to the manager and told her what was going on the manager had a huge attitude immediately with not only me but anyone who tried to talk to her. Shouldn't be to hard to figure out who it was as she said she was the only manager there. And I get that but we ALL have jobs to do and I would get fired if I talked to employees like that let alone CUSTOMERS. Also all they didn't remake the burgers, they reheated old ones. Disgusting.

Frozen yogurt flavors are amazing the selection is great and I love the fresh meat burgers.

I can personally attest to the egregious sanitary practices (or lack thereof) that are upheld at this particular restaurant. On top of the fact that I witnessed employees not washing hands when they came in for work, came back from lunch break, or came back from the restroom; the sundae toppings are regularly left open and exposed leaving the dirty sanitizer water behind them to drip into the toppings like cherries and almonds. The cone cabinets and ice cream freezers on the back of the line are routinely left open leaving the food exposed all manner of things, including bugs like flies during warmer days I had found in the ice cream itself, couldn't throw it out, was then being served later that day. All this to say you're much better off saving your money (and your health) and just go somewhere else
EDIT: also allegedly employees are also putting salt in drinks to mess with people and it's winding up in customers orders when it isn't supposed to be

This is the worst Braums we have ever eaten at. We ordered 3 burger bags. It was so embarrassing to give them to anyone to eat. Our order was ready in less than 10 minutes and some of them were not wrapped properly and just thrown into one sack. There was so much mayo it was enough for three burgers. The meat and bread surely had been cooked way before and sitting under lights since they were so dry. I can get better service at McDonalds and I haven't eaten their food since 1983. It will be a long time before I eat at another Braums. I thought Braums had higher standards than this.
UPDATE Added a day later:
I was sick within 3 hours after eating just a partial of a burger. I was dizzy and nearly fell 3 times. I am 66 and I could have really been hurt. The next morning my grandson was dizzy. He sat on the toilet and was throwing up. My son got sick. If my great grandson wakes up sick we are taking him to the hospital. After getting sick we were thinking back. The worker brought out ice cream cones with out wearing gloves. Then later when he brought out the burgers he looked shamefaced like he was embarrassed.
I honestly think the workers are not washing their hands.
2nd EDIT:
Now my one year old great grandson has diarrhea. He will be going to ER, to get conformation of food poisoning from this Braums. I ALSO HAVE diarrhea this afternoon.
The manager wanted to give us new food. Yeah right, not in this lifetime.

Good burgers

Again can’t get over this place and chain. Such a fun time to come here with the whole family. Love the business model. I noticed that off duty employees were eating there with their families as well that speaks major volumes about this place.

Terrible. Racist and assuming I’m tryna get free food. Not from here I relocated, but I come from an upscale area. They messed up my order and I went back to collect it I was told to return to get it another day, but I didn’t read the receipt on the bottom it says needs product for refund, I want told this. The manager that told me this she wasn’t there and I had to deal with frank. Just awful, I ain’t tryna collect free food, I came to get what they messed up.

I love braums. I wish they had some closer to houston.

We love visiting Braum’s while in town. Everything is always yummy and their little market is great!

I love their milk, butter & cinnamon raisin bread. Of course, their ice cream is delicious.
