Love this place my kids love this place. I take them every chance I get. The burgers are at a decent price better than McDonald's or Burger king. And we love to get the ice cream
Stopped in the have a late dinner. The grill was so backed up that after 30 mins we got a refund and left. Add that to the four dead cockroaches in the ladies bathroom and the 3 dead cockroaches in the mens. Brahms is off my list .
Service was good but my fries weren't very warm
They have 2 spots for trucks! But be careful and come in from the south otherwise it's hard to get in (in a semi)
Consistent with traditional Braums flavors. Would like the stores to be cleaner. However, they were very busy and I'm sure they addressed it after rush..

Nice and clean.
The burger I ordered was a very satisfying meal. While it didn't present any particularly unique or amazing qualities, it was well-prepared and perfectly hit the spot. It's a reliable choice that I would definitely consider ordering again.
Don't expect any customer service and don't expect them to check on things for you. They're too lazy to actually check and see what they have available for if they have what you need so don't bother
Stopped on the way from okc to DFW. Delivered the wrong burger and everyone including the manager wanted to see my receipt. When that was delivered and scrutinized, the manager told the employee within my earshot that she wanted the burger back before she’d make another for me. Then delivered a correct burger with a quick, “sorry about that.” Sherbet freeze wasn’t mixed right either. As you drank it, you’d hit pockets of solid ice cream and pools of sprite or whatever soda they mix it with. Poor service, substandard food. I’m sure they don’t care as this is a busy Braum’s off I-35 but still, they need to strive to do better.

Ice cream was very good. Employees looked like they wished they were somewhere else. Price of ice cream seems very good.
Some of the best ice cream from a chain you can get. Definitely recommend the shakes and sundaes. If you’re looking for some fantastic Milk, get your milk here while you’re at it.
