First I would like to mention this was a birthday offer. So as crappy as the service was they made the birthday girl feel like less than a valued customer. We claimed our points through the app. They are visible on the app. We stood there 10 minutes trying 3 alternatives with the assistant manager, on the phone with the GM. The gift card balance is visible on the app. When we tried transferring to a physical card it had an app error. Instead of comping we went without lunch and I bought what was supposed to be a special birthday offer so my daughter could have lunch during her break taking the PSATs.They’re resolution was call the back office number where no one answers. I’ve been in Oklahoma since 2020 and never once been to this location. Tried it on a birthday offer and couldn’t be more disappointed. The general attitude was also less than hospitable. Instead of offer a resolution he said many times he can’t help. Terrible customer service. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
