Ordered 5 double cheeseburger meals - the Hispanic looking tattooed guy in the back was rude and disrespectful saying I should have called and placed an order. If the employees aren’t going to work to work to make 5 double cheeseburger meals what are you even doing?! The customer service is ridiculous. 5 burger meals needing to call ahead is pure laziness. The ladies at the desk were nice and apologetic. Do not recommend!!

What a Great Place!! Jacob not only helped us with our order but delivered it to us in A+ fashion giving a whole new meaning to the word “Customer Service which is just about a thing of the past these days. The burger and sides were amazing!!
We liked it so much; so, I went up to the front and bragged on ALL of them! (I think they were surprised and I hope it made their day) All other burger places in this town can step aside! We’re Carls Jr customers now!! Actually, they should go incognito to this great place and learn how to make burgers and learn some manners!!! Thanks Again!!!

Grilled chicken sandwich burnt to a crisp. Absolutely inedible. Everything about our order was wrong. The only good thing about it was the 2 extra orders of waffle fries, but that is just more evidence of the incompetence of the staff. Will not ever go back

the young man that usually works the drive thru at Carl's Jr. in the mornings receipt says Tavon, is just so nice and sweet every time I go through there. He always has a smile on his face. Thank you for that, and I will add my food is always hot and good

We had a big order and after about the third meal they just started laughing uncontrollably, so much so they started getting our order wrong, definitely will be back, ps fries were very dry and burgers were just thrown together.
