What a Great Place!! Jacob not only helped us with our order but delivered it to us in A+ fashion giving a whole new meaning to the word “Customer Service which is just about a thing of the past these days. The burger and sides were amazing!!
We liked it so much; so, I went up to the front and bragged on ALL of them! (I think they were surprised and I hope it made their day) All other burger places in this town can step aside! We’re Carls Jr customers now!! Actually, they should go incognito to this great place and learn how to make burgers and learn some manners!!! Thanks Again!!!

Grilled chicken sandwich burnt to a crisp. Absolutely inedible. Everything about our order was wrong. The only good thing about it was the 2 extra orders of waffle fries, but that is just more evidence of the incompetence of the staff. Will not ever go back

We had a big order and after about the third meal they just started laughing uncontrollably, so much so they started getting our order wrong, definitely will be back, ps fries were very dry and burgers were just thrown together.

My Family and I went to Carl’s Jr, I’ve never been before and was excited to try it. My husband loves spicy food so he ordered the Diablo Burger. Not only was my burger made incorrectly but his burger had something wrong with it. Not even three minutes after finishing the burger it caused his belly to expel everything that he had ate throughout the day. Tried to get a refund and the staff seemed pretty mad and rude about it and tried asking if we were sure he can handle spicy food and if we were sure he wasn’t sick before. They only refunded us on my burger.
