Carter's Grill, now known as the Rock, offers a lively atmosphere with great music and a sports-friendly environment, featuring plenty of TVs for game-watching. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing prompt service. The food is excellent, with a highlight being the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes, served in generous portions. The restaurant also has a large adult beverage area and is clean and well-maintained.
