It is very apparent to me that the operator at this location is a bad manager. No appreciation is shown for customers by any staff members - to the contrary, we felt like we were a nuisance to staff, despite spending about $60 on a light breakfast. Immediately upon entering, we were aggressed due to having a service animal. Our small service animal is extremely well-behaved, as are our children. When they completely messed up our order, there were no apologies. The only concern was getting back the bad order and a lot of huffing and puffing for having to remake it. Every staff member displayed a bad attitude, with no exception. One of our best friends is the operator of several Chick-fil-A stores and I know good and well that this is not aligned with the corporate culture. In most Chick-fil-A restaurants, there is a spirit of joy and hospitality. This Chick-Fil-A in Ardmore, OK felt VERY low end and provided awful service. When they finally made our order correctly, we ended up leaving just to eat it in our vehicle, to escape the terrible ambiance of miserable employees. I intend on bringing this experience to the attention of the corporate in GA.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a mobile order for breakfast and was turned away before breakfast even ended because they “ran out of food”. Unacceptable my order should have been made the second it came in, which was 15 minutes prior to breakfast ending, meaning they should have had plenty of supplies, but instead made other customers orders in person before making my online order. They then made me wait in their drive through for everyone in front to get their food before removing a cone in order for my car to fit the exit. I had to grab the attention of three workers and was ignored multiple times until I opened my door to yell louder. They all seen me need to leave, and they all ignored me. I’m not sure who is running this establishment but they have a very bad understanding of how to treat customers. I will not come here again, and do not recommend coming here ESPECIALLY if you have medical problems and may experience a medical emergency because you will not be able to get out in time.
