Chicken Express of Ardmore

Picked up a 4 piece chicken tender meal to go and the chicken was so salty I could not eat. Just called to let them know but the woman that answered was very unconcerned. It would be a shame for this business to shut down for terrible food and lack of business like so many others from Ardmore.

Went there tonight and will never be back. I know they probably don’t care anyways. I walked in to grab my drink I was picking up, and my wife was outside in front of the store, in the drivers seat, waiting for me. And with no greeting at all, I just get a “how about next time don’t park in our driveway like that” and I proceeded to tell him my wife was in the car and he said “like I said, next time actually park your car” and this is word for word wether you believe it or not. So I won’t eat at a place that has such a horrible manager working at it. And his name was CHUCK (from what he told me)

Some chicken there told me what to say and how to say it really don't appreciate getting told what to do in a free country she thinks she can control something maybe she should not be selling stuff to people ungrateful and rude

I am staying at the Mercy Hospital across the street. Unfortunately we are losing my grandma. I forgot my wallet at the hospital. The lady in the window gave me my food for free. My dad and I were so taken back by her kindness. Thank you that young lady.

The owner tank belongs in a nursing home rather eat my own foot than eat the trash can chicken they have there literally the use 55 gallon trash cans to soak the chicken in and they aren't ever washed not to mention the rats and roaches

I dine out here at Chicken Express every now and then, I never had any problems with any of my visits, and I always feel welcomed on each visit, I'll gladly give Chicken Express 5 stars!!

I've stopped at Chicken Express/Ardmore for many years when I'm traveling in the area. Everytime I've received fresh food and good service. I stopped there last night and received the complete opposite. I spent $40 on a family meal. I had to throw half of the chicken away....the white meat. Because it was hard, crunchy, and couldn't chew it. Also bought a chicken strip meal that was old. I won't mention the condiment and utensil/napkin issue. The service wasn't acceptable either.
I called and spoke to a manager about my experience. Basically was told they accommodate the locals more than the travelers. Which was to explain the no utensil/napkin issue.
He never said anything nor got an apology about the old chicken which was a waste of my money and time.
I concluded with never returning again.

The sweet tea is AMAZING!!!!!!!!
