To go order pick up area was unmanned. I had to flag down an employee to ask for a utensil packet to be added to my order. That took 3 attempts, as they just kept walking past me and ignoring my question. The third one did help, but only after rolling here eyes at me and shrugging her shoulders in frustration.

We went 2-26-25 - it was a complete cluster. The wait staff can only do so much when the cooks aren’t cooking. Some of my party ordered appetizers, they never got them, but was charged for them anyway. All of the tickets were wrong. I ended up paying for another person in my party because I didn’t want to deal with it anymore && just wanted to leave. && please don’t ask for sweet n low, you’ll never get it.

Absolutely the worst chilli's I've ever visited. After waiting for 40 mins and they still couldn't get the drink order correct we left. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Find somewhere else to eat and save yourself a headache.

I ordered nearly 100$ for 4 hamburgers through DoorDash and 4 drinks. When my dasher went to pick up the order the waitress was handing her the food and only handed her the food and 2 drinks. She asked about the other 2 while the DoorDash showed 4 but the waitress was extremely rude and argued with her. Dasher offered to purchase the other 2 drinks for us but told them no bc they should’ve looked. Very upset bc the drinks were nearly 4$ each & fries were nearly like leather. Props to the dasher! What you'd expect at a good Chili's. I would give 5 stars across the board, but we had an odd serving experience. Our server was good at first, then the food arrived, and he went missing in action for 15-20 min without checking how our food looked. Unfortunately, we needed some additional items that we had to wait for. Thankfully, it was my food that was missing a dipping sauce and my drink needing refilled and not my kids. However, like flipping a switch, he was suddenly Johnny on the spot with everything. Drink refills in to-go cups, so we take them with, brought our dessert, and checked on us regularly. It was like Jekyll and Hyde, but salvaged a bad situation. Would return.

My children and I came in a couple of weeks ago. I am sorry that I am just getting to the review. Valerie was our server, and she was amazing. She did all of the things, I feel, as a server myself that you should do. The food was hot and delicious. Ocean was the manager and he came out to check on us. It is always a wonderful experience at Chili's in Ardmore. It is the best Chili's I have been to.
