To go order pick up area was unmanned. I had to flag down an employee to ask for a utensil packet to be added to my order. That took 3 attempts, as they just kept walking past me and ignoring my question. The third one did help, but only after rolling here eyes at me and shrugging her shoulders in frustration.

What you'd expect at a good Chili's. I would give 5 stars across the board, but we had an odd serving experience. Our server was good at first, then the food arrived, and he went missing in action for 15-20 min without checking how our food looked. Unfortunately, we needed some additional items that we had to wait for. Thankfully, it was my food that was missing a dipping sauce and my drink needing refilled and not my kids.

My children and I came in a couple of weeks ago. I am sorry that I am just getting to the review. Valerie was our server, and she was amazing. She did all of the things, I feel, as a server myself that you should do. The food was hot and delicious. Ocean was the manager and he came out to check on us. It is always a wonderful experience at Chili's in Ardmore. It is the best Chili's I have been to.
