I've only ever got their ice cream, yesterday went to get a chicken strip basket and cheeseburger meal. First they didn't put cheese on a cheese burger.. I asked for ranch for the dipping sauce.. they say that they're all out... okay fine, I'll take Buffalo sauce. They didn't put one single sauce in the bag... Now I've got food poisoning... smh do better please because I am now currently ill because of ya'lls food. Ridiculous.

Food was cold, down to one Fryer so it took 25 min to get our food. Condiments station was gross. No tea made, ketchup empty, straw container was disgusting. Food all over the floor, tables dirty, ladies restroom sink doesn’t work properly and one of the doors opens the other door!
Now we have been waiting 20 min again, for an after order of a med shake and ice cream cone!
One last thing - out of Ranch too!! Hello, no ketchup or Ranch, close the doors till you have your supplies!!

Cold food and we were only one of two couples inside at dinner time. Total disappointment. Our small $10 burgers and fries were cold! Not a little cold, a LOT cold. Drinks were watered down. Couldn’t finish our meal. We won’t be back.

Ordered two four piece chicken strips with toast and fries. Only three chicken strips on one of the four pieces and received no toast for either and payed extra for five things of buffalo and five BBQ for the other order and only received one of each? Food was still good but still disappointed

I don't think it was worth it for 50 bucks. the BBQ chicken was way to coated with BBQ. Half of the cheese curds only had air. There was no carbonation in the drinks. They added too much water to the ranch, and when I asked about if it was bad, the lady got an attitude with me. Highly don't recommend coming to this place!

Management must be a big issue with this place we have been there 4 times one night we waited 30 minutes for our blizzards and then the got them wrong I sure hope the can turn this place around horrible service

It's crossed my mind multiple times today so I have to leave a review because it is so worthy of one! My family and I have frequented Ardmore's Dairy Queen multiple times since its opening and the food and ice cream are always amazing! It's our choice for treats and reliably good burgers! Recently we have began as a vendor for this location and as a business that serves multiple food businesses - this particular store really stands out! Today as we arrived to plant flowers, we were met by the kindest worker on his way inside- he immediately thanked us and asked if we would like some water or if we needed anything to let him know. This is not typical and we were both so appreciative! So kudos to this worker and this location for their kindness, positive atmosphere and consistent great food! We're blessed to have this in our community. The dedication to customer service and attention to detail truly sets Ardmore's Dairy Queen apart from other establishments. It's not just about the delicious treats and satisfying meals, but also the warm and welcoming environment they create for everyone who visits. Thank you, Ardmore's Dairy Queen, for being a shining example of what a community business should be—where quality, kindness, and customer satisfaction matter!
I mean, it's Dairy Queen. Burgers are mid. Fries are good. Ice cream is great. I came here to comment that this is the first time in my 52 years of life I've ever been charged for water, when I've ordered food. Not bottled water. Tap, ice water to wash down the ice cream. Literally every other time I've ordered tap water at literally every other food service location, it was complimentary. On top of that, they brought our kids' ice cream to the table and let ours sit at the counter, until we got tired of waiting and came up to get them. Very disappointed in this experience. Would not recommend.
