Has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST! Ordered pizza & the driver DEMANDED a tip. Worst customer service ever. I’ll be taking my business to places that actually CARE about their customers. Word of mouth will either make you or break you. In this case, it wouldn’t be for the better.
Edited to add: Management would rather ban than actually offer an apology or even care.

just called to order pizza because the app was not working right, after being hung up on and then called back and got put on hold for 20 minutes called back again and finally got an answer. we informed her that the app told us large pizza with any toppings and she got rude and said that it's not what it said. as I'm looking right at it. she got very rude and we hung up. we called back and asked about the 6.99 deal and she Informed us yes they had it but she would not be taking...read full review
