YOU CANT HAVE A BOOTH IF YOU HAVE A BABY APPARENTLY. If you get a high chair you can’t have a booth for some reason EVEN THOUGH THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY. Even though you can in ANY OTHER RESTAURANT. Poor customer service from the host. Servers are great and the food is mid. From now on I’m going to El tapatio because you can have a high chair at a booth at el Tap.

The lady that took out order was very nice...order was correct...we asked her if she could turn the music down a bit and she did. It's nice to be able to hear the people that sit beside you. Overall, a nice place...district supervisor needs to pull some el Chico funds together and spend some money on the place to improve.

Can't rate the food. Didn't even get to place an order. Watched 2 tables get seated after us and get addressed before us. Jesse? Jeffrey? Idk didn't meet the guy but saw him look at our table multiple times and never walk over to it. Hadn't been to an el Chico in years and was so happy when I moved to Ardmore and saw one. Thanks for the crap service guys!!

Darian is absolutely amazing! We use to have el chicos in my hometown but they closed down. We drove over an hour to get our fix and Darian waited on us, and she’s was spectacular! The manager Destiny checked on us to make sure everything was going well and was so nice. Highly recommend this place!

Not impressed at all. Taco salad had been sitting awhile and my sons steak supposed to be medium rare was most definitely rare, guess cook didn't approve of choice ? tried it once won't be back. Not worth the money at all

Great food and service. But the hostess ruined the chances of me returning if she is there. Daughter has a 3 month baby, she was in a carrier and was ask if we want a child seat for carrier, my daughter said it depend where we sit, hostess response was yes or no. Luckily we were sat at a booth where we didn't need one. Not a good way to greet people coming to your restaurant.
