Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I always love Freddy’s but this location got a large complicated order right and for that they deserve a great review! Very impressed!

First the app was not working then cashier said she was new ok can you get a manager to help We actually don’t have either manager here I said well a supervisor she then got one. Supervisor tried to help but unsure told us few things to try if it doesn’t work she would call her GM. Finally it worked so that part solved. Then order was ready we asked for fry sauce they said sorry out of both kinds we asked for ketchup was told get it out of dispenser went to get ketchup there and it was empty. So I go back to the counter finally got a girl over there and I asked if she could get me ketchup and she did. Just kept saying we’re out of everything to other customers. Crazy! Patty melt was dry

Way too much lettuce for me on my burger and the fries were we're shoe string fries

Place is dirty.

Was trying to order food. Was taking cashier 10 min to take orders at counter because she was listening to her ear buds. Out of supplies ( ketchup, pecans, Dr. Pepper. Counter girl couldn't speak and had food flying out her mouth when trying to talk. Never again coming her. 2nd time having a crappy visit and nothing but kids working. Need some adults in here

Usually love Freddy's. Today was a bad visit. They were out of fry sauce, out of ketchup, out of vanilla, AND the soda machine was down. All during lunchtime. Seemed like several young people working with no clear leader. Food tasted good, but it was cold by the time they made our drinks because the drive thru person had to make everyones drinks since the lobbys machine was broken. After reading other reviews now, it seems this location has had these problems before. I would not visit this store again unless it's more organized.

The food was good. We went through the drive through, spent $80 on food and did not receive everything that was ordered. Went back through the drive through and they made us go in with the bags to prove that we were not trying to get 2 finch fries for free... then the manager was making smart comments talking about how we received the complete order...

Visiting this Freddy’s was the worst freddys experience we’ve had. While ordering our food we attempted to order cheese curds and were rudely told they were out of them. We concluded our order by trying to order fry sauce and were told to just pull around. When we got to the window we weren’t asked anything our food was thrown into our hands and when we asked if the fry sauce was in the bag or if we could get some we weren’t asked anything then told they were out. Upon checking our bag we only had one burger and one order of fries in our main bag, meanwhile our kids meal bag had the chicken we had ordered as an adult meal along with our child’s burger. Then while eating our food we realized our fries were nearly ice cold. We will not be stopping at the Ardmore Freddy’s location on future roadtrips.

I love the burgers and shakes specially the thin seasoned fries!!

Sometimes you go to a restaurant and the people behind the counter have such a good attitude that it makes your day better and I just wanted to say that about two people I ran into the other night I don't like to show up late to an establishment because I know that the people are probably tired and it's getting close to closing but these two were so wonderful , So I just wanted to name them Amaera and Rashad my new favorite Freddy's Employees of all time great attitudes Great service and suggestions will definitely be back
