We had our credit card information stolen from this business more than once first time was for over $1000! Today our information stolen again,so I called and tried speak to the manager. The employee that answered the phone hung up on me when I tried to explained what was going on so I called them back and then they got very defensive! They refused to offer for a manager or district manager to contact me. I’d avoid this place, evidently the employees are stealing credit card information

Food was terrible. Walked in around 8pm and they were basically closed. No bread, the lettuce was more brown than green and the bacon was disgusting. One employee seemed slightly embarrassed, but everyone else in there seemed upset that I showed up an hour before they close.

Great food and service but $31 is way too much for two sandwiches, and one of them was only a six inch, and that's with no drinks or chips, it's a sandwich people not a steak.

I have ordered from them twice already. Let me tell you their food is soooo much better than subway. A little more pricey but you can tell they use real chicken! & the quality of the food is great too. If you ever want a sub please check them out you will not regret it!

I tried for the first time today. The was and obvious lack of leadership. The staff weren’t horrible but very inefficient. The brown lettuce bothered me the most. Sandwich was ok.
4/25/25 approximately 3 PM. I had to take a second to leave a review for the young lady working solo at Ardmore location today. She was so very kind to my daughter and I. She was very patient and professional and we thoroughly enjoyed our encounter with her!

Stopped here early Sunday afternoon. The older gentleman working was a ray of sunshine and made everyone smile. The staff was friendly, restaurant clean and sandwiches delicious. We will definitely be back to this location.

The staff were polite but not exactly friendly. I ordered a regular size turkey and provolone but they did not cut it completely in half so I had to take it back into the store where they gave me a plastic knife to finish cutting it all the way through myself.
