I've been going for years as I work within the area. The quality and customer service has been horrible the last few years. Also not sure why adding pickles 3 pickles is $2 additional. Minor set back for a major come back hopefully. Maybe staff changing would be suffice.

food is awesome. Hot fresh is the word to describe it. People were friendly. It was super hot that day, and they only have outdoor seating but was still worth it even in the 90 something temps

They make a great burger! It's about a half pound beef patty; nice and juicy, not cooked dry. With fresh veggies and a very good bun.I'll definitely go back.

I’ve ate here before and it’s been good but today we went and went through the drive thru and asked for a plain cheese burger we get home to eat and the burger was made with everything on it and I call to see if I can either get a new burger or a refund and all the lady wants to offer me is to bring the burger back and have them take the stuff off for me? Which is against health code to bring food back thru the window after it’s been handled. We also waited in the line for over 20 minutes. Which would be fine if the food was made correctly.

Food was very good but she didn't tell us they don't put mustard or mayo on their burgers. But we put on and it was very good and loved the ffs and malt was delicious. Pretty expensive but id go back.
