They have nice large size pieces of chicken thighs. Battered and cooked perfectly. It would have been crunchy if i had immediately eaten it, but we drove to Madill before eating, and it wasn't as crunchy. I had the mashed potatoes with gravy, which was good.
They overcharged me. The cashier notified their superior who advised she was still new and couldn't figure out how to give me a refund. After several minutes passed and the line was getting long, I told them to disregard the refund.
The employees were very apologetic about the problem. This is the main reason I only gave it 4 star 🌟 rating
New bowls...tell the guy smokin that good stuff to stay off the top shelf!! Not a fan like I thought I was gonna be. Now that original potato bowl...with extra chicken bites on the side is the business.

Some general managers just don't know what customer service is or know how to do their job. If you have to ask your associates something you should know. Don't be so damned rude. The associates that work there have had one horrible manager after the other. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
The new general manager brings a new and better energy. The environment is way more pleasant and the food taste better.

They have a new GM I heard and I must say the place seems to be running quite well since she's been there. I hadn't been in awhile but my experience last night was excellent. The food was great and service was on point. I look forward to coming back actually. Clean store too thank goodnes!
It's difficult to give any rating at all when you stand at the counter for 8 minutes and watch employees come and go but no one asks to take an order
