The quality of the chicken is unmatched. However this location tends to get busy which is a reasonable because they've got great chicken but they don't handle the rush very well they need they need more experience handling Rush times.

Clearly unorganized as a staff. Haven’t been through a lunch or dinner rush yes where the service wasn’t behind schedule. A lobby full of people with no food ? Thankfully there aren’t many fried chicken options in town or I believe this business wouldn’t have made it through the storm

Ordered online,order was ready,hot & accurate. I ordered extra crispy & it was a little overdone but tasty
They have nice large size pieces of chicken thighs. Battered and cooked perfectly. It would have been crunchy if i had immediately eaten it, but we drove to Madill before eating, and it wasn't as crunchy. I had the mashed potatoes with gravy, which was good.
They overcharged me. The cashier notified their superior who advised she was still new and couldn't figure out how to give me a refund. After several minutes passed and the line was getting long, I told them to disregard the refund.
The employees were very apologetic about the problem. This is the main reason I only gave it 4 star 🌟 rating
New bowls...tell the guy smokin that good stuff to stay off the top shelf!! Not a fan like I thought I was gonna be. Now that original potato bowl...with extra chicken bites on the side is the business.
