Ordered pizza to be picked up at 6:15.. the doors are locked people are inside and there's five cars people waiting to get the pizza! This is beyond ridiculous.. kind of hard to pick up the pizza they say is ready when the door is locked

I ordered a pepperoni and half with mushrooms well done, and these mfers dumped a can of slimy mushrooms on an already cooked pepperoni and said it was ready. Didnāt even throw it back in the oven to make it well done.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! They cannot understand English well enough to take an order therefore you get something totally different.. Then we tried calling back to let them know got ahold of the lady who took the order originally no we don't have time to remake your order....... Called back the next day spoke to another lady who claimed to be the manager-owner the only thing she could do is remake it...really how are we suppose to pick it up in kansas? Since we were just traveling thru and spent the night in Ardmore oklahoma...

I really hope this review doesnāt go unnoticed. As a fellow member of the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce Iām embarrassed for whomever is actually in charge of this place. My business partner & I stopped in for lunch & the underwhelming invite along with the blatant disrespect about what my order was, was simply absurd. I couldnāt tell you who the lady was that was working the counter because she simply refused to answer me.

While the deal you can't beat price wise the issue we have had here multiple times and it's hit and miss but more often than not at least one or more pizza will be raw dough. The staff is generally very nice very busy but kind.
I have went here alot over the last year. The customer service has tanked in the last month. Not friendly can not keep up with orders. I saw two people in uniform but really only one working the back and front. This was at 1:30 pm. I usually just set patiently but I gave up and left all the customers were acting hostile cause there orders were late.

I wish their was a zero star but tonight the experience was not the one ? they have a trash for crew ? they look so confused and while waiting for my order all I saw the cashier smoke back to back even had a lady wait while he finish smoking a cigarette omg ? they need to step it up ?the pizza was so thick n hard man I was so disappointed it just ruin my night please start hiring people that want to work not people that just need $ for a fix ?? my lord ? zero āā God bless ...
Went To Little Cesarās To Get Some Pizza For My Children. They Told Me It Would Be A 30 Minute Wait. Ended Up Waiting A Hour And 30 minutes Ordered 3 Pizzas And 2 Breadsticks Total 29.96. Donāt Even Get Me Started With The Crazy Bread?. Was Thin And Hard. Have A 1 Year Old I Was Gonna Give It Too Took A Bite Almost Threw Up Did Not Want To Even Give It Too My 1 Year Old.1/10 Would Not Recommend.

My Mother has went to get pizza and bread sticks for dinner, when she got home we opened up the bread sticks and they were burned ,hard , and old they had looked like they had been sitting since this morning. The pizza looked like they put two different pizzas together and did not taste fresh AT ALL. The man who took her order was out side smoking and made my mother wait a couple minutes to finish smoking. We waited over an hour and a half for three pizzas and two bread sticks, seeing how long we waited for our order to be completed we expected it to be fresh, however it was not. We will not be returning to this Little Caesars Pizza.

Hot and ready doesn't exist at this place, so don't even try and waste your time. I've tried a countless number of times including calling ahead and also using the app and still no avail. There's always an excuse for why your pizza isn't ready other than their incompetency. For example, on countless number of times I have used the app and put in my food order around 2 pm for a 6 pm pick up. One time in particular was for my 4 year old daughters' birthday party. I use the app and put in a pizza order for 5 pizzas. Around two thirty and the pickup was, it's supposed to be at six o'clock. When I get there, I go inside and check and they said my pizzas aren't quite ready yet.I say, okay and I go back outside and wait. Another 30 minutes go by, so mind you. It's now six thirty, and I go back inside and they say it's going to be another forty minutes because the computers went down. This is their excuse every single time they have an issue but then I told the front counter that I put my order in at two o'clock and there should be zero reason why they didn't get the order already because it was well in ahead of time before they had computer issues. So now I had to completely cancel my order and call a different pizza place, which happened to be the pizza place right across the street from them and place my pizza order and they had it ready in about fifteen minutes for 5 pizzas. Honestly, don't waste your time here. There are 2 pizza joints. Right next to this place, go to either one of those and you will have significantly better service. I love Little Caesars, but this place is an absolute joke. It needs to go away.

Our kids love Little Caesars.. We have good and bad experiences here. I recommend for price and if you are looking for some quick and cheap to feed a large group or on the fo with family.
