There is always an issue. Every time we go here, I drive from mariettake it pizza. I get there and my order is incorrect. And I was informed that it was incorrect due to a very large order that they had received that which was priority and that I did not matter. But just like I explained to them when I called and put in the order. That's when I should have been told that my order could not have been made the way I ordered it. And that my order could just be voided. And I could leave with nothing. Because their large order was priority and much more. I come from a paying guest as a paying guest regardless. How much you span? But now that I know you have to spend a large amount to be able to get what you want from this store. We won't be back very rude and unprofessional.

I have to say I was nervous to try this location again after many many horrid experiences. Its been about a year from the last bad experience so I gave it a go. Im glad I did! It appears there is a whole new crew and management team because everything was fantastic. The grab and go was stocked with variety, the staff was friendly and efficient and the overall atmosphere was such an improvement! We will definitely go again.
There's always an issue with this location. I've had issue with the manager long ago, came back to grab an after school snack. I was a little late, 15 minutes from my pickup time at the portal. Walk in, manager was on the phone. Scan code nothing, enter code nothing, did this 8 times..nothing...finally a lady is like what's your name, I show her on the app my name and code #. The manager had just taken my order out the portal, because I didn't arrive on time, so he was standing there with my order with his hand on it. The lady asks him who's order it was, he points to the sticker and has my name on it. He says quietly I just pulled it out the portal. Ok great I'll take my order please, here my code and here's my name from the app that matches my name on the box. The lady continues to ask me why my code wouldn't work, where's my payment verification, basically not giving me my pizza because she thinks I want to steal a $7 pizza from them...ok George that's on the top of my list for Friday afternoon is steal a crummy $7 pizza from little Ceasars. It's always something with this location. Was she racist, probss but I didn't have bail money that day. Was she being extra, yes but I didn't have any extra energy to fight with her. Do better little Ceasars. Do better.

Poor customer service!!! Cashier(red/pink hair took several minutes to attend the register so she could continue eating her pizza and has very unpleasant that she had to stop eating to do her job!!! A second employee(male/arabic looking guy) also was very unprofessional!!!

I spent 10 extra dollars to add pineapple to my meatlovers and then my pizza was given to someone else! I ordered at 5:02 with an estimate of 5:17 for the pizza to be ready and it wasn't ready until 5:50..Awful service
