McAlister's Deli

I like te food here although it is pricey. Most times everything is good, but the last 2 times I've gotten soup, it has been less than hot. It's basically just warm. I understand not wanting to burn your mouth but it could be hotter. They need to check the soup temp.

We popped in to the Ardmore McAlister’s for a late dinner about 45 minutes before closing time. The staff were welcoming and patient while we ordered, especially Kim. She has helped us several times in the past when we go in for dinner. I commented that she always takes such good care of us and she said “that is my goal, to make everyone feel at home!” Mission accomplished Kim!! Thank you for what you do!

I loved mcalisters when they can actually make it like their menu states. I went almost every week (i would have an issue or they wouldnt make it right almost everytime however i would check and tell them) till the last time when they messed up my order 3 times, simple buffalo nachos. They were so rude about it i finally asked for a manager and a refund. She stated she would refund me but then never actually did. The staff doesn't care about even being nice, they argue with you where i had to actually show the cook on my phone that the buffalo nachos do not come with jalapeños so she gave me chips and cheese only. It was like slaps in the face always mad that i would check my food once i got it. I will never give them my money again.

Wish this business would pay there hands a fair pay. Asking for a tip in app for a carry out order doesn’t make sense. Explain if I am wrong.
