Caramel iced coffee is just straight creamer couldn’t even taste the coffee. Never had one like that at mcdonald’s She said it’s premade well you guys better add more more actual coffee next time i like it sweet but drinking straight caramel flavored milk sucks.

Long wait times with no apologies and when finally getting food, multiple items missing and foods are either cold or lukewarm. Manager is disorganized and took people's food that's wrong behind the counter to contaminate other customers' foods. No safe food handling happening at this location.

Victoria I think her name was she was the black lady up at the front. I don’t usually write many reviews, but she deserves all the praise that she can get victoria was probably hands-down one of the Kindest people I have ever talked to her. Customer Service was through the roof and she made sure that I left happy. This woman deserves a raise I hope she gets to recognition she deserves
Usually the food is decent but today there was a white hair in my daughters fries and mold on my sandwich so I didn’t even eat my lunch 🤢 hard to see it in the photo but I promise it’s there.
