I ordered two $5 meal deals. As soon as the car in front pulled to second window they made him pull forward to spot 1, then instantly me to spot 2, then the next to spot 3. Until they had no cars in the line. I waited 20 mins for basically two kid meals and they are still not even the right order. Genuinely how are you this bad at your job?
Edit: I waited in the parking lot for 45 mins before going inside and cussing the employees out. Train your employees to do their jobs. It’s that simple no reason I’m parked for 45 mins with a toddler while you literally stand around. Pathetic excuse for service. Chilis is faster than that

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit through the kiosk, making it clear I didn't want a folded egg. I wanted a round egg. The mcdonald's associate who prepared my meal ignored this request and gave me a folded egg. The manager apologies and corrected the error. This incident made me late getting to my bus, gave me little time to eat, and was overall disappointing.

Drive-thru employee could not repeat the order correctly and did not enter the order correctly. Plain hamburger had ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onions. Yuck! And once the order was taken the employee didn’t acknowledge that he was done and that we should pull forward. Then at the food window the employee did not say a word and the rest of the order (hamburgers) was not hot. Can’t submit a McDonald’s survey because the receipt did not print clearly. Disaster food stop.

Went to this McDonald's because of Greyhound. We only had about 10 min. or so to order and all of us got our food within the time limit. My food was warm and tasted great!
