Food was pretty gross, and we had to wait for them to cook fresh noodles. I don't know if they're not cleaning well, or just not up to par on cooking but it was nasty AF. Only one of us finished our food.

Branson needs a promotion or a raise!! He is the only reason we didn't ask for our money back. We came in last Thurs, 9/12/24 and it took 37 minutes from start to finish. Branson was from what we observed, the only English speaking employee and the others just would NOT work with him. They were not listening to what he needed when servings were running low, they were out of 80% of the lineup, laughing at him & not communicating how long an item was being cooked until he could serve it. He tried so hard to make it right for us and it was ALL THE FAULT of the rest of the staff. All of them looked at us and NOT A ONE of them greeted us except the white English speaking employee. Now, what is up with that?! 37 minutes because your staff is clearly prejudice and unwilling to help. Branson's parents, and bosses should be thrilled at how he stepped up when every one else in that building left him on his own. It was obvious and shameful.

The food was no way up to their normal standards this evening, picked up food about 7, and the orange chicken was spicy and hard and dry tasting like not fresh at all. The fried rice seemed gommey and off flavor. Hopefully we won't have this experience again. It's always been consistently good before.

Greener Pastures

Served with a smile, the food was fresh, and a clean table was ready. The only complaint I have is that there were no toothpics available. If you eat steak, you have to have a toothpick. But eveything else was amazing.
