This place needs to train other employees on how to cook. I dont understand how you can have 4 to 5 people just standing around waiting on JUST ONE COOK to prepare 6 different entrees.

I don't know why it takes so long in their drive-thru. Food is always good. Employees are always friendly. The place is always clean.
It's really irritating ordering a plate of food just to find out after getting home that you actually got a bowl size portion along with Rangoon that are not cooked all the way. It's really disappointing.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this Panda Express. But after having to correct the order at the drive through speaker twice we then were given the wrong order at the window. They gave us a new order which also was incorrect. We gave back the wrong item and they just dumped the top ingredients off the bowl and added the correct topping. We know this because under the correct ingredients were some of the incorrect ingredients. On top of that the beef and broccoli tasted off.Won’t return.

Placed an order online today for a bowl of chili shrimp with chow mein and a bowl of orange chicken with half chow mein and half mixed greens. Received an email that the order would be ready at 4:48 pm. When I got to the drive thru wastold I would have to wait while the greens were cooked. Finally got my order at5:15 pm. When I got home, less than 5 minutes later, greens were barely warm.Everything else, chow mein and shrimp, were cold and greasy. There was not a single piece of chicken in the bowl that was supposed to be orange chicken.Worst meal I have ever purchased. What a rip off.
