Jordan had great customer service.He helped through my divorce with my wife. He even accepted even though I like pineapple,anchovies, and olives. My kids hate me I lost my job I week ago. But Jordan was there to save me. W Jordan he deserves a promotion immediately. I love me some Jordan.
I’ve Been a Customer for Years.. ordered a garden fresh pizza, it did not taste right. Was lacking cheese on top of the veggies or something. The pizza fell apart when I was eating it, was trying to catch my toppings while I was taking a bite. In about 10 minutes it was done and for some reason, I had like burnt crust and was quite hard for being done so early. noticed that the pizza was smaller and it’s possible their not stretching the dough properly can’t really say what happened its just not quality! They can do better! definitely not worth the price. Also if you want to fix the issue, get these people trained properly, send them to a better store cause I can tell you tht some papa John’s are better than others. Shouldn’t have to commute to different locations!! Can’t say when I’ll return to this location.

Very slow couldn't get anyone to help me order was sitting on the shelf until another customer noticed it it had been sitting there for awhile cuz it was cold wen I got it
Guy up front was rude and wings barely had any sauce and pizza was sub par. I like papa johns but the laziness is terrible but it's normal for tardmore
