Food was cooked fast. It was hot. It tastes good. Customer service was fantastic. They were polite and friendly. The place was clean. I would definitely be coming back to this place. I am so glad it's close to the house.

I ordered pizza on the app. Total was 39.xx I only had a $50.00 bill…. They refused to accept us currency saying they only took bills $20 and below…. I asked to speak to manager she refused and pointed at the sticker on drive thru window stating they didn’t take bills over 20… I had never been to this restaurant and this was not stated on the app…. Took my money to another local restaurant they took it with a smile

If I could give a 0 I would, I order pizza around 7:35pm and it’s now 9:03 they didn’t answer the phone I called many times and then randomly a door-dashing is picking it up which is fine but why couldn’t they call and let us know the situation?!? It was Supposed to be here at 8:40 and that still was to long but I was trying to be Patient for my family. Never ordering here again

Ordered 2 double orders of breadsticks and only received 1. Mentioned to employee and they tried to convince me there were 2 double orders there( total of six breadsticks cut in half) Have ordered this many times better, and knew it was wrong, but the employee wouldn’t fix.

Love the pizza and love the staff. Johnny has been super nice and has made sure that I have been accommodated to when there have been problems. I either quite often anymore and I love it! I stopped eating their a couple of years back due to the quality of the food and I tried it again this year and I go at least once a week.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I need to shout out this location. I made a huge order on a Saturday night. Food was made fast, fresh and everything was perfect. The staff helped carry my order to my car and everyone was so nice and welcoming. They've exceeded my expectations. Great quality service and product. Kudos 👏
Cheese was hard and crust soggy on the pizza. Ordered extra ranch and marinara and neither were put in.

Not the Pizza Hut of old. The Commerce store got it right every time. Maybe because this is a new store and quite possibly with tenured employees, it was a huge disappointment.
This place is not the same since it reopened. It's slower and not always hot.

Yesterday when I ordered some pizza with wings and breadsticks, there was an unfortunate glitch in the system that deleted all orders and then they reappeared all at once. This created a big complication that was out of the employees hands. They worked hard and diligently to try to get caught up even though it was an hour wait. And on top of the glitch the computers were freezing up unfortunately. The staff maintained great customer service and tried their best to get production back to normal. Coming from the restaurant field, I understand how frustrating the glitch must have been. This glitch was even at the commerce one too and this Rockford place even helped out a guest that would otherwise be outside their delivery area because commerce was completely down still. Great work guys! Y’all handled the glitch situation well! Keep up the good work and your great customer service!

Long wait time when app shows order is ready. Last time pizza had to be remade when I arrived. Pizza is good, but the service is lacking. Probably will make the drive across town next time.
I've only ordered once from this location. I ordered a pizza and breadstick through the pizza hut app for carryout. Everything was great until I get home (always check your food at the store.) About half of the medium pizza was actually covered in cheese and toppings. I call the store politely, speak to the manager, he apologizes and tells me there will be a $20 credit on my phone number. Well I called today to use that credit, it doesn't exist and the manager doesn't work today, can't help me. I will not order from here again. I had my hopes high but you let me down

place online order. Walked in waited and waited 10 or so minutes. The one cooking seen me but didn't advice whoever was in charge of cashier. It seemed like he was a little busy on the computer at the drive tru. No one was at drive tru or inside too. To make it short I can go on about this and that. This pizza hut needs a team leader that guides or helps everyone. even if they seen me they were sitting on a corner on there phone. I understand taking a break but four all at one time.
