Paid alot of monet and they gave us spicy chicken we couldn't eat. Would not answer the phone so we could get it fixed. Did not put receipt in bag , Was to busy disgusting about someone getting fired rather helping customs. This food cost way to much to be getting bad customer service. Close the place down its giving your company a bad name. I should not have to go all the way back to the restart just for more bad service. Mac n cheese was also hard and dried out. Called for over a hour with no answer. My husband can't eat spicy food thanks for waisting our time and money. I recommend not going there. And if you do. Dont try calling to see if they will fix anything they wont answer. I really give no stars for price , and service

Food was great I ordered 2 spicy chickens with cheese but it took 25 mins multiple times that's all I get there . How does a place that specializes in chicken sandwiches take that long,o yea it's because the service their is terrible seems like nobody their wants to be there

I ate the fish sandwich it gross and it took me the ER the sandwich they said it just came out of the fryer and was hot and it was hot but the sauce was dripping and the sandwich fell apart and sauce look sour milk come find out I was allergic to it I will never go back now I got a hospital bill

We were asked to wait for the nuggets, that it should take 6 minutes to cook, so we pulled up & parked. 15 minutes later my passenger went inside to ask about the order or get money back. She finally walked out with the order. No wonder the place was totally empty. There's no point in going there if nobody cooks or serves.

Very very slow service you'll be waiting for hours for you food and employee was very rude when she forgot something in our order. Most of the time only have one person working. Shouldn't even be open with one employee can't run a whole fast food joint by themselves it ends up being horrible service ..

Waited for more than 30 minutes in the drive thru lane to get a flounder sandwich fries and drink....they said 4 more minutes... and i said give me anything! !!! How about a chicken sandwhich. I said ok. And then asked me to pull forward and wait another 2 or 3 minutes... un believable.. I will. Never go to this restaurant again.!!!
