Me and both of my granddaughters went to eat at QDOBA for one because I heard it was really food and for two I love Mexican food . Now let me say that when we walked in there in went to line to place our order . Let me tell you how NASTY that serving line looked . It was just a mess beans and rice was all over the line the beans were dried out the queso and cheese sauce, the pan to that was just dried completely out in the list goes on and on not to mention to you that they were not even busy at the time so they had plenty of enough time to clean that line up and replenish everything I’m not gonna say I won’t go back there and eat Because the food was good. We didn’t get anything until they replenished the line a little bit. I did call and speak with the manager this morning about it, and he assured me that he will take care of it other than that the food tastes good.

We love coming to QDOBA! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They make every visit such a pleasant experience. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and you can tell they really care about quality. It’s one of our go-to spots for a great meal every time!

One employee was rude while we were ordering with his manager right next to him not saying anything. He was on his phone the entire time while we ate our food in plain view of patrons with his manager standing next to him counting money not saying anything to him. Most of the tables were dirty, floors dirty, drink station dirty, bathrooms disgusting, and this employee just on his phone while the manager says nothing. Other employees were busy cleaning the kitchen and store. As someone who has worked in the food industry for almost 15 years as a manager, this behavior is not acceptable and was the main topic of conversation during our meal. Do better Qdoba.

The food it’s so good but the only wrong thing it’s the female that serves the food every time puts almost nothing when I ask for steak just like 4 pieces hope they see these and tell her to put some more food to every one ..

Good food. Good atmosphere. Ok price. I've had good service and ok service. Normally you get a huge portion of food so that's good... I am not a fan of places like this asking for a tip when you pay by card. You stand up and order your food, you carry it to your table, you get your own drinks and refills. Then you clean up your mess. The employees put your food on your plate.
It's a great place to dine in. Grilled chicken and steak was delicious, each bite was mouthwatering.

We came to OK for a family trip and decided to stop by and try Qdoba for the first time, our daughter has been having trouble with trying new foods and the ladies here were so welcoming and encouraged her to try some new things, even accommodated to her likings. I appreciate their hospitality greatly and will recommend this establishment to everyone I know!
