It used to be really good place to eat, but it's gone way downhill. Thought we'd give it one more try, so we went this past Sunday afternoon. Ordered the two meat BBQ dinner with ribs and brisket. Ribs were nothing but bone, ends were cut off, and very little meat on them. Brisket was VERY fatty, with over 50% chunks of fat left on my plate. It wasn't marbling mixed in with the meat, it was big chunks of fat on the ends of the meat. My wife ordered the Smoky Chicken Griller w/chips. Had 3 thin slices of meat and lots of bread. Food didn't even cover 1/2 of the plate. Prices keep going up, quantity and quality keep going down.

I ordered takeout ribs from this place and when I got there, they told me they were out of ribs, at 5:30 PM, on a Friday night. This is no rib crib. This is a rib crime.

Got kids menu but said the manager will not buy crayons for the kids because they break them. Sad. Food was luke warm.

The restaurant needs a serious revamp. The carpet is dirty the booths old. Store decor on the ceiling dusty. Yesterday, there was trash on the floor, water rings on the table from the previous customer where we were seated. All the food served was luke warm and waitress brought silverware for 3 wrapped up in one napkin with a few underneath slaps it down on the table stating here's you silverware. She was tipped for effort. Rib Crib several years ago was very good.
If you call yourself the rib crib the best thing should be the ribs. Ours were super over cooked and dry! My husband thought he put a bone in his mouth but it was actually the hard dry rib meat! Portion sizes were terribly small, very overpriced. Find someplace better.

They show one price on something, but it rings up higher. They "claim" it's the tax on that item...a lie. Refuse to give item at posted price because "it rings up that way on register". They wouldn't even try. Food is good, but I will go elsewhere

RibCrib is a regional casual wait-staffed restaurant that serves multiple types of meats. While the quality of the food would be a tick below Rudy's (if we're looking for a comp), it's always consistent and always good. For the price, it's one of my absolute can't-miss stops for lunch or dinner whenever I'm driving up I-35 through Oklahoma.
