Let me just say that if you are African American, do not visit this establishment. They made us feel very unwelcome, our waitress took her time with other (white)patrons , and attended to us as quickly as possible. When our food came my sister, my aunt, and my brother in law had the ribs and were dry looking. The brisket looked like shoe leather. There was no taste in any of the sides. My husband and I had the chicken fried steak, which was almost inedible if it didn't have the thick layer of gravy on it. All in all, this RIBCRIB gets a big fat zero from me!!!

It's Rib Crib. I love their food. I've never been to the Ardmore location but was passing through and needed a bite. The food was the same as always; it was delicious. Service was so-so, even though it was slow. The waitress left me to figure out what I wanted and disappeared for like fifteen minutes. Finally, she came back and said she got busy doing something. As far as I could tell, I was the only one she was waiting on. Other than that, it was overall a good experience. If I get back through, I'll give it a shot again to see if I have the same experience or a better one.

There were 11 in our party. Service was spot on by an engaging waitstaff. Food came in a reasonable amount of time. Large portions that was tasty. They keep the dining room a bit cold, even now in July. We will return.

Well, Let Rib Crib marinate for a while. It's time to go check out Swadley's. I wasn't a satisfied customer with the RIBS from my last visit. I felt there was no reason to call back and complain. Just don't go for a while.

First time horrible service at this restaurant. Waitress never came back after food was brought to the table. Was pretty sure I asked for a small change that was not done but since I was ignored ate it anyway had a DR appointment and couldn't wait for it to be redone.Hate paying for food I am not happy with. I know I am picky but was a waitress myself for many years and checking on customers after food delivered is one of them
