We came to this establishment to have a birthday dinner. We arrived and were seated immediately, when we sat down we waited for over 15 min to order a drink. When we ordered are drunk the serve took another 15 min to bring our drinks back to our table, when she finally returned two of the drinks were wrong. We ordered a drink from the bar and it took over 20 min for us to receive the drink. We ordered two appetizers the cheese sticks and chips and queso. The queso was very thick and didn't seem like it had been cooked very well. We ordered three steaks and the pasta, the past sauce was very chunky and cold. One of the steaks we ordered with southwest shrimp when we received it the plate was cover in the southwest sauce and the shrimp was cold. One of the other steaks we ordered was medium well, the medium well steak was bleeding blood, so we sent it back, when it finally came back out it was black and burnt and uneatable. We only live 30 min away and used to come to eat here often but recently this place has gone down hill and is not worth the time or the cost. Attached are pictures of what we received.

Took about an hour from the time we got seated until the time the food came out and it wasnt even busy. the waitress was more worried about her phone than taking our order. Took about 25 minutes to get drinks taken, the nice guy walking around had to tell the waitress to go take our drink order. Food was not cooked to order, medium steak should be pink redish inside not grey with no pink to be found. mashed potatoes tasted and had the texture of something that was cooked the day before, left out over night than reheated in the microwave the following evening. what topped it off was the bad waitress. we order a meal that said it came with salad and we didn't get the salad because she said that was a "side" eventhough it clearly said it came with the meal. I won't stop there ever again..

This is looking like a habit but..... not a great place to eat! First, you must run passed a huge group of birds just to get inside. They are covered, so beware of the p**** The bar service was solid so no issues with that. The food was not great and very low on the flavor scale! I had the cowboy combo and nothing was flavorful. The chicken was overcooked on the outside and barely cooked inside! The ribs were fall off the bone and the best part of the meal but not really tasty. The sweet potato with brown sugar was bland as well. Disappointing! The lemon cake was good but tasted "bought" meaning not fresh. I'm really sorry... I'll give 3 stars but the guys was 2! Extra star is for the service! To give you a real example: the guy next to me sent his steak back 3 times!!! It was the same steak each time.... that's bad.

Had the steak fajitas they were just ok. Took a long time to get our food. Exploring the towns restaurant probably won’t ever be returning here.

Not good at all! The customer service is okay, but food isn't very good. My husband said the bathrooms were horrible and the smell turned his stomach!

we went the other day and they were pretty packed. our sever was matt and he was the kindest gentleman we've ever had as a server. even though they were extremely busy, the service was quick and easy. our food came in about 15-20 minutes and it was amazingly cooked and flavorful. the prices are a little high but hey, you get what you pay for!

Update: Double check your final bill before paying - they charged us xtra and then refused to correct the bill. And THEN charged an additional $3 to my credit card company. They probably think I will just let this slide by. HA! Nope. I am disputing the bill with my credit card company. I have the receipt with the proper amount. They think their customers are stupid. Food was good. Service was good. But then we were overcharged for my husband's dinner by $5. He was charged an extra $1.99 for sautéed mushrooms and onions plus $2.99 for mushrooms. When my husband pointed out the discrepancy, charge for one or the other but not both, the waitress said that's how they do it. So we asked to speak of the manager. Another person came to our table to explain there was nothing that she could do because it was already charged on the credit card. According to her, once it was charged, it couldn't be cancelled, then recharged. I called B.S. on that. She was supposed to be "the manager." A real manager would have made this right for the customer. She offered us desert for "free". We didn't want dessert. She offered a gift card with a credit of $2.99 which we could use on a future visit. We would not be passing through Ardmore for another year. We just wanted to be charged either $2.99 for sautéed mushrooms or $1.99 for mushrooms and onions. But not charged twice for the same thing. The "manager," if that is what she was, said nothing they could do once it was on the charge. So people, the morale of this story is to watch your final check closely. If you get charged $59 for a $25 steak and you don't catch it right away, tough luck for you. You will pay $59, but may get to go home with a free desert. I wonder how often this happens and mysteriously can't bd corrected. So we "ate" the $2.99 overcharge, but now they are charging an additional $3.00 to my credit card company (i.e. $39.29 instead of the correct amount $36.29 which is the amount on the paper copy of my receipt.) These people are scammers. They think their customers will overlook a small amount of money like this.
