Enjoy their pickle fries and their tater tots. Hamburgers are good too. I really haven't tried all their food, but it's great to stop by every now and then and purchase my pickle fries. The place is clean and great customer service.

Nearly every time I've visited, I've had a problem. Two instances where I waited in the parking lot for my order, and it was never brought out. On one occasion, I waited for nearly 30 minutes, and the staff couldn't even locate my order.
Another time, the slushy machine was broken, and the slush I received was half to three-quarters melted. Instead of offering a solution, the manager insisted that was 'how they’re supposed to be' and swirled them around to make them appear less melted. Very dishonest and disorganized business.

I've been to Sonic in Denison Texas sometimes the service is good not always. Been to Calera Oklahoma and Tishomingo Oklahoma. Service is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The carhops are usually nice but the food sometimes isn't.
Parking: You can park free. Alot of time at noon you have to go somewhere else cause so many cars are there. And it takes too long to wait. By the time you get your food its cold and drinks are watered down. Then you have to send the drinks back. Sometimes food is cold not always.

I'm giving a 1 star only because I can't give a zero. I went to pick up a door dash. It takes 10 minutes and 3 presses of the button to get someone to answer. I tell them what order I'm there for and get told we got you checked in we'll be right out with your order. The screen tells me someone is on the way with my order. Another 10 minutes go by still no order. So I ask a carhop if she can see about where it is. Then I get told they never got a ticket for it and they weren't going to make it because they didn't have a ticket. How did I get checked in if they never received a ticket. So idk if they are stealing orders or handing them out wrong and not taking responsibility for it or what. I myself am a manager at a restaurant here in Ardmore and this is horrible customer service. I already don't eat here because I have nothing but problems everytime. Now I won't even accept a door dash from this location. An absolute joke.

The outdoor ordering kiosk was broken. Needs to be repaired. The staffing on the Sunday I was there was low.
Food was Sonic. Hard grease on the chest, but fills the belly in a rush.

I ordered ahead in the app. A few minutes “in the kitchen”, which seemed acceptable. Then our order was cleared and “on the way”. It was at least a full 5 minutes before we decided to hit the order button to see what was going on (meanwhile 2 workers were near the door, just chatting). The person on the intercom said the ice cream had to be made and would be out soon and it was but had definitely been sitting a while. Disappointing, it Seems our order was cleared to fulfill a service level behind the scenes only.

Isabella is a completely garbage server. Gave me and my wife drinks with the drink all over the outside of the cup, and leaking! All over my wife! She even forgot some of our food. Luckily, we checked the bag before leaving. But, we had to wait? It was a mobile order, so it should have be ready before we even arrived. She even ignored me when I tried calling her back. And it's not the first time either. Will be contacting corporate, right after this. No one should have to deal with someone who thinks they're good for the job they applied for.
