Food is great, but I hate that the app automatically sets a tip percentage to pick your food up. I’m not tipping to pick my food up. We need to get out of a tipping required age. The app got me this time as it switched a tip to 10%. 10!? PERCENT!? I’m not tipping to pick my own food up!?!? Do better!

I went to 3 stalls pushing call button...no response. Pulled to drive through..waited about a min and said hello, hello. A young man finally answered. It was not busy. I never saw anyone bring out food. All I wanted was a soda.

Stopped by this morning for breakfast and coffee usually I'll go anywhere but Sonic however It close and didn't seem too busy..... Amy was absolutely amazing from the time she took my order (she actually seem like she liked her job) to when she brought it to me. I would like to thank her for making my morning a little more bearable, great job!

Took my money for door dash but refuses to make my order.
Enjoy their pickle fries and their tater tots. Hamburgers are good too. I really haven't tried all their food, but it's great to stop by every now and then and purchase my pickle fries. The place is clean and great customer service.

Nearly every time I've visited, I've had a problem. Two instances where I waited in the parking lot for my order, and it was never brought out. On one occasion, I waited for nearly 30 minutes, and the staff couldn't even locate my order.
Another time, the slushy machine was broken, and the slush I received was half to three-quarters melted. Instead of offering a solution, the manager insisted that was 'how they’re supposed to be' and swirled them around to make them appear less melted. Very dishonest and disorganized business.

I've been to Sonic in Denison Texas sometimes the service is good not always. Been to Calera Oklahoma and Tishomingo Oklahoma. Service is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The carhops are usually nice but the food sometimes isn't.
Parking: You can park free. Alot of time at noon you have to go somewhere else cause so many cars are there. And it takes too long to wait. By the time you get your food its cold and drinks are watered down. Then you have to send the drinks back. Sometimes food is cold not always.
