Came through just now and ordered a chicken sandwich large fries and large Dr Pepper, the large mozzarella sticks corn dog and large ocean water. Got the two drinks, mozzarella sticks and corn dog but no sandwich and fries. Had the order repeated twice back to us. Was at the window and explained that we were missing items and the kid said that he never rang it up but repeated it back. Very very disappointed. My little sister drove off bc of how mad she was that it was repeated but apparently not rung up. Don’t understand how you can repeat it back twice but not ring it up and we believe we were over charged and no receipt given to us

Expect disappointment and inconsistency with any kind of shake or ice cream. Ordered a oreo peanut butter master shake with extra Oreo pieces which was brought out completely runny. I made issue with it and they remade the shake. It was mediocre and lacked any Oreo pieces at all even after paying for it extra you get nothing.

Well evidently people have been running over the Sonic ordering signs of the menu signs because they have big concrete poles in front of each of them now so that you hit the pole and ruin your car instead of running a sign from Sonic no telling how much those science cost anyway but you know you get the point so and then they started adding pick up and parking spaces so about half of the drive-in specials are now occupied by some other priority or some other space taking object besides people and cars probably won't be long before you won't even be able to drive up to a Sonic and order off of a sign you'll have you'll probably do it from a drone and it'll bring you your order and you can make the drone chase you wherever you're going and until it gets low enough to handle your food and everything will be done paid for by the wallet your wallet on your phone anyway so I don't know looks like that for all that b******* going to

They are SO nice every time I’m here. I go out of my way to go to this sonic vs the other one in town. My order has been wrong a few times and they never hesitate to correct it and are always so kind about it.

i juss want to give a HUGE s/o to 587 Ethan. he is a perfect example of what good customer service represents. I highly recommend this sonic drive-in to everyone, you will not be disappointed. keep doing ya thang 587 Ethan you killing it out there man. 💯💪😎❤️ if you haven't tried the key lime shake your truly missing out.

It was just ok. Got chicken sandwich but honestly it’s so thin it’s just really breading. Kids said tots were overcooked and dry and hard. Still, the menu looks great, lots of side options, and really decent prices. I like knowing I can drive up for a corn dog for my son for under 2$ and get on with my day. The place just looked a bit run down.
