i juss want to give a HUGE s/o to 587 Ethan. he is a perfect example of what good customer service represents. I highly recommend this sonic drive-in to everyone, you will not be disappointed. keep doing ya thang 587 Ethan you killing it out there man. 💯💪😎❤️ if you haven't tried the key lime shake your truly missing out.

It was just ok. Got chicken sandwich but honestly it’s so thin it’s just really breading. Kids said tots were overcooked and dry and hard. Still, the menu looks great, lots of side options, and really decent prices. I like knowing I can drive up for a corn dog for my son for under 2$ and get on with my day. The place just looked a bit run down.

Left a job site & was starving. Thought sonic sounds good, Almost exactly the same experience as someone else mentioned in the comments. I had to repeat myself like 5x that’s ridiculous. What’s even more ridiculous is the lady named Lindsay who attempted to take my order became rude. Lunch experience horrible didn’t even get food, just a reminder as to why I should eat at home. Either fix your speaker or your employees attitude or both if it’s not too much to ask.

They gave me a bunch of napkins and sauce and I didn't have to ask for it. That's a gift.

I normally like this location as it's the one closest to my home but since the start of this year we have hated it.

Food is constantly undercooked and my mother hates the Dr Pepper now.

GET YOUR DRINK MACHINE FIXED/CLEANED

The only reason we are not driving south to the Marietta one is because it's a 45-minute drive.

The people here obviously don't like working here I was trying to order and the girl that was taking my order kept rushing me through the order and I said my item and she tried telling me to go to the window and she'll give me my prize I said I'm not done and I went on to tell her the next item she proceeded again to rush me tell me the price to the window I told her I'm not done she's not asking are you done yet or anything like that she's just trying to rush me as clear as she doesn't want to take the order so I pull around to the window cuz she rushed me off and want to answer after that and this flamboyant; at the drive-thru window I asked to speak to the manager they asked me what for which was none of their business if I asked to speak to the manager I should be able to speak to the manager so I proceeded to say that I was not done and she rushed me off my order and I like to add more items please he proceeded put his hand up like in the stop gesture I told me well you're just going to have to wait a minute I said I'm a customer whose order was not taken correctly I'm not feeling valued and I'm trying to add more food so all the food is done at the same time and you're telling me to wait a minute he goes you can go somewhere else

120 pm went there thru drive thru. Guy had wife repeat order 3 times complaining he couldnt hear her. So she said shed go some where else. She was driving out and the man stepped out the door to flip her the bird. Very proffesional to say the least. Manager was full of excuses to say the least.
