Cashier (Cam) mis-understood our order, acted very put out with corrections and refund (lack of) So, reluctantly I went back up and another employee, Madison, was very polite and corrected and gave $5 refund that should have been given the first time.

This has to be the rudest Starbucks I have ever been too! The young lady's in there totally acted like I wasn't even there when I asked for my order. Made me wait 15 minutes while waiting on other people and I finally asked for my order again and they had it behind the drive through counter the whole time just sitting there. I will never go back to those rude young ladies at Starbucks again.

Guy at counter is rude. I asked for an iced coffee. Says don’t have it. And then when I said that is weird. Have it in OKC. He got a snippy with me. How can you be a coffee shop and it have iced coffee.

The reason im giving this Starbucks only 3 stars is because when I ordered my Americano, they poured way too much water, or they didn't add the right amount of espresso. Watery. Not the standard Starbucks I'm used to.

So kind every time I’m here, I get the same complicated tea every time and they always listen to my silly order without seeming annoyed (like some Starbucks I’ve been to).
Tables are dirty, floor hasn't been cleaned in awhile, ,customer service is ugh better at burger king tbh

Love when you spend $8-$10 for a cup of coffee to not get what you ordered. I paid extra for caramel drizzle, dark caramel sauce and whipped cream and didn’t get any of them.
