Not Starbucks as I know it. My favorite coffee ever yet I travel between Texas and Oklahoma and sometimes stop at this location in Ardmore Oklahoma. The coffee is never right and the customer service is I guess favored to the locals. I use the app for my orders and still wait. Either it’s not ready or wrong. And when they get your order wrong they make you wait… I guess that’s your punishment for complaining.

It’s kind of what you expect from Starbucks. you get decent service, about the same product each time for about the same price doesn’t very much from store to store. It’s good to have her reliable places to stop.

If I could give them a -0 I would.. we were traveling for the hoildays and went to Starbucks and found out days later that someone who works there stole our card and used it. I called the manager and he told me he did not care. To call Corp. And refused to help me. He needs fired!! Also with the thieving employee.

When I first started coming to this location, I didn’t have the best experiences. I come here a lot when I am working because my job involves long hours and a lot of travel, here lately I have loved the atmosphere and my drinks have all been consistently made. They are friendly and just overall improved.

The employees take forever, not very good customer service. I come to this one every other there’s always a line of cars and it takes forever to get threw the drive thru I even order ahead so it’ll be quick is what I thought nope never always there for at least 10 min

The service showed to my friend and I was unlike any other Starbucks I have ever been to (and I’ve been to quite a few Starbucks;) My car was overheating after a long road trip and Cam took the time to come look at my car and help me. They also gave us a free coffee and were just so gentle with us. It was truly Christ-like compassion and we are so so grateful.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a small cappuccino with soy milk. When I drove around to the window the manager came to the window and said she did not appreciate that I called her barista an idiot. I never said a thing. I ordered my beverage and when she read it back to me she said a tall cappuccino and I corrected her and said small cappuccino. That was it. I made no comment about the barista and had no reason to. It was embarrassing and wrong.

Coffe great as always, worst experience with a manager named CAM. He is arrogant has other bad reviews and he doesn't watch his mouth. He did apologize after realizing he wasn't Profesional at all and next time check your headset. In the world we live in today dont be that guy. Thanks for the free coffe but doesn't save you from emailing them and your reviews is the least I can do. Once again thank you sir and your correct we will have a good day. 9

Coffee used to be more consistently good. The past couple months it has been bad more times than good, they are either watered down tasting or made with water so hot it burns the espresso making a horrible bitter burnt taste(I order Americanos). They offer the option to pay extra for customization on drinks yet the customizations are incorrect or not done at all. The last 3 coffee have tasted extremely watered down. When I ask for the drink to be remade it is a challenge to get any of the baristas attention and when I am finally able to ask for a remake most of the baristas are not very friendly.

I visit Starbucks almost every day, but I usually only get a consistently good coffee about two out of five times a week Here lately it’s not even taste like coffee just water down.
