Our favorite local coffee place was closed so we went to Starbucks. Our order was correct and was prompt. The atmosphere isn't as homey and comfortable as Main Street Coffee but it was ok because we ended up getting our coffee to-go. My kiddo has no trouble finding something he loves here.
Did a mobile order about ten mins prior to arriving. Still took about 30 minutes to get my order of two plain coffees.

The lady in there maybe didnt like that there were some customizations to my order of caramel ribbon crunch, she finished our first drink and kept pushing the frappucino to the emd of the line. I decided F it and left without my drink I paid

I love Starbucks and the atmosphere but I dislike where it is expected to tip. I've waited tables for years. It should not be expected. Let alone the option of allowed amounts. This tipping cultuce is getting out of hand. And now people are expecting tips for self checkout even .and they put it on the machines to guilt people into it. It is a big turn off and how about paying your workers a living wage no that they don't have to depend on tips.
