Just got a couple subs here yesterday and Shay and Dennis were fantastic! It was a bit busy but they were professional, friendly, quick and made some delicious sandwiches for us!

I had an amazing experience with subway sandwich artist Brayleigh!!! She is just adorable! Her customer service is amazing, she laughed at all my goofiness and she just made the experience so welcoming! Our sandwiches were AMAZING. The place was clean and organized! Love subway on Grand! Everything else about my visit was fine, but the service was genuinely disappointing. I asked for the nacho footlong, and the employee told me they didn’t have the ingredients for it. That’s completely understandable—things run out. But when I asked if there was another way to make it or an alternative, she responded, “Then how would we make it?”—with a tone that felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive.

I wasn’t expecting anything over-the-top, just a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. A simple response like, “Sorry, we’re currently out of the ingredients, but I can help you choose something else,” would’ve made a huge difference.

I understand that staff might be under pressure, especially if it’s busy or supplies are limited, but that doesn’t justify being disrespectful to a paying customer. I’ve been a regular customer here, which makes this kind of interaction especially frustrating—and honestly, disappointing.

Don’t promote something that isn’t available, and if it’s not, that’s fine—just treat people with respect. I hope this feedback helps the team improve how these situations are handled, because good service matters just as much as the food.

I absolutely love subway. But this one in particular is absolutely horrible for one reason only. Every single time me and my family go there is a girl with colorful hair by the name of Brittney. She is absolutely disrespectful and completely rude EVERY SINGLE TIME. She has a crazy attitude and makes the sandwich’s horrible.
Not to mention last time I was there her husband/ boyfriend cut paying customers in line and got some nachos for free.
She is absolutely disrespectful and does not need to be in any kind of position of authority. And I AM NOT the only customer that has noticed this blatant behavior. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Went there to grab a sandwich and had to use the bathroom first and this hateful woman basically yelled at me telling me the bathrooms were for customers only, she was so rude about i just turned around and left. This is the second time I've been to this location and they were completely unprofessional and rude to me and the other customers. Would not recommend or be going back to this location

Sandwich not portioned correctly. Way too much mayonaise as to what Subway trains. 4 tomatoes on a 12 in sandwhich, there is supposed to be 6. They did not offer to add extra meat or extra cheese. No up selling of Drink, chips or cookie.

Shayla was very sweet and always had a smile! She has some people working aside her that are not the best with customers but she sure knows how to set the example and lighten up the mood!
The sandwiches we had were very good other than the toaster seemed to be a bit off.

Staff was great! They worked hard to make our meal right and were super friendly. The restaurant itself was a bit run down and not in a great neighborhood. The food was fast and hot and served us well.

Dietary restrictions: I always get a protein bowl as I am high protein low carb.

The food is great however the service makes for a bad experience. The workers act like they have somewhere else to be, I thought the last time I went she was maybe having a bad day and I can understand that however, it happened again today. The lady at the register rolled her eyes when I asked if I can get cookies instead of chips and yanked those shelves out hard and slammed my cookies down. I get it, you’re stressed. The girl working the food never smiles and has only a few words in her vocabulary “what else”. I typically online order however, the app hasn’t been working. If you can’t leave the attitude at the door or treat someone with a small bit of kindness please don’t work in customer service.
