I recently had a disappointing experience with a mobile order from Taco Bell that really left me frustrated. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was handed a Lemonade Freeze with its lid only halfway secured, causing it to spill onto my hands as the employee passed it to me. To make matters worse, no napkins were provided, leaving me to deal with the mess without any assistance.
When I finally got my bag, I was disappointed to find my taco carelessly thrown inside. The packaging was a mess, with lettuce and cheese spilling out and ending up at the bottom of the bag. It was clear that little attention was given to presentation or care in handling the food.
To top it all off, I noticed the customer behind me had issues with their order as well. They had to go inside to resolve a mistake, only to be sent back to fix another error. This really made me question the overall quality of service at this location.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I hope that Taco Bell can address these issues, as it detracted significantly from what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal.

My family and I will not be eating at this Taco Bell ever again. I went through the drive thru today at about 3:30pm and ordered 5 tacos. When I got them home they smelled and tasted funny. I called the store to see if I can return it and the man told me I would get a refund as long as I have the food and card. However the female associate said it has to go through corporate to get a refund. They had my mother in law waiting there for over 30 minutes so she finally said forget it.

I will say my last review this place was one star and I had a lot of complaints however, been up and down I’m assuming under different management but now I go there often and my water is always correct. It’s always warm in the woman that works in the window her name is Amanda. She’s wonderful. She does such a great job and she’s extremely nice no matter how stressed. Everyone seems are all packed and they are. She is very very hospitable and I think she’s definitely somebody you want to keep Around. So I do wanna say thank you Amanda for being so great every time I come.
