My tea was sour and I went and told the lady of front and instead of saying no problem she tasted it with 2 cups and told me nothing was wrong with it and said they brew there tea every so hours and I told her I know how the process goes. Then gave me another tea that you could clearly see it was dang near clear and she said well that's tea. I asked her to please give me another tea and showed it to a lady in a dress that was sitting where managers were having a meeting. I got another tea from another container and it was fine. I walked away and I heard her talking about it. She did t know I was sitting right around the corner at tall tables. All Taco casas I have had a great experience until this one. No one needs to argue with a paying guest PERIOD. Get your manger if your having a bad day or can't be nice.
The best Tex-Mex fast food I've experienced. More expensive than other fast food places, but worth it. Their hot sauce is the best in fast food, and they are generous with things like meat and cheese.
Good Taco Casa. Friendly service but received incorrect items bur was correctly charged for the items received.
Can't get orders right took twice to get what I paid for.
Yummers never a bad day for a taco salad from here
Clean, yummy, great service!
Me and my wife got some chips and queso and it was brown and tasted burnt and rotten at the same time there’s no way they did t notice the color of that cheese it’s rough
My husband is 100 percent VA disabled he has a tax exempt card from the state of Oklahoma for his service the state gave him this card not taco casa they informed me it was a discount and taco casa wouldn’t honor both they give veterans discounts but they won’t do both I tried to explain to them the tax exempt has nothing to do with taco casa but wouldn’t listen they are disrespectful of veterans ou won’t go back
Love this place.
I have eaten here in the Ardmore Taco Casa many times, but yesterday might have been my last time. I placed an order, and accidentally forgot to tell them, Super Burrito with ‘no beans’. I got to the table and sat down, and saw that my receipt did not say ‘no beans’, as it usually does. I took my receipt to the cashier, and apologized, and told her. She turned around and said something to the man at the food bar making the meals. He looked up at me and said, “Can I help you?” I held out my receipt, and as I was talking to him, I took a step inside by the soft drink fountains. This lady stepped out and said, “You need to step back. You can’t come in here.” I told her what the situation was, and that I was trying to let him know that I wanted ‘no beans’ on my Super Burrito, and that I was trying to let them know before they made it. She said, “You need to go out there”, pointing to the lobby. I stepped back over by the plasticware table and watched them, waiting on them to call my name. I was watching this same lady as she began to prepare my burrito, she scooped up beans and spread them on the tortilla. I saw the man that I talked to standing next to her, and he told her, “He asked for no beans”. I heard him clearly tell her. She finished the burrito, and put it on the tray along with the rest of our food. When I got back to the table, there were lots of beans, and maybe a tablespoon of meat. I was just going to eat it, but we’d had several incidents over the past several months, so my wife picked up the tray, and took it back. She told her there were supposed to be ‘no beans’, and that there was hardly any meat on the burrito. The Lady told her that they go by the order on the screen, and it did not say, ‘no beans’. My wife pointed out that the receipt clearly shows that we asked for jalapenos with our meat nachos, but there were no jalapenos on the tray. The lady handed her some jalapenos, and turned and walked away. I don’t know what’s going on. Maybe she was just in a bad mood or something, but we've had a several similar incidents over the last couple of months. Like I said, it use to be very good, but their customer service has gone way down hill.

Reliably tasty. Drive-thru takes a little longer than most. Friendly staff. Always fresh food and they always get your order right.
