This was by far the worst experience we have had at this place. The girl working window was RUDE. She messed up the order. We tried to work with her to get it right. She rolled her eyes at us. We had to asked for out change... I will think twice before visiting this location again.

This is a great place to eat the service is always amazing everyone is friendly always willing to help the food is great and consistent if you go in and order a burrito one week you will get the same tasting burrito next week I like coming here because it is close to the edge of town and there's plenty of parking it's close to other shopping also

I member from years ago talking to the guy that services each store and he told that (Roy Upshaw) the owner of Taco casa Always Demands the BEST ingredients in everything coming onto the store. This made a lasting impression on me!!!! Wholesome good food. Its something that TACO BELL FORGOT...

My family and I ate here today. And the food was great and the young lady working the front counter who took our order was fabulous and very polite. We ordered at 4:21 on August 3rd .Just wanna tell that young lady thank you for being so kind. That is rare nowadays with this younger generation

I was there today when that Greg Kindle guy below was there.. our food was perfect, bathrooms were clean, and the staff was awesome. This loser below made a scene about his âburrito not having enough meatâ.. he was just trying to get a free meal and embarrassed his kids in the process.

Maybe Iâm just having a run a bad luck. Darted into taco Casa today to get a drink. There were four cars ahead of me in the drive-through line maybe five. It took 15 minutes to get my tea. Thatâs a long time in the drive-through line. It wasnât that there was one car with a giant order holding everyone up. Every vehicle sit at the window for four or five minutes, including me. The young lady at the window was very kind and very nice. Maybe theyâre just understaffed I donât know.

I am absolutely heartbroken posting this, but it needs to happen because I hope the higher-ups at taco casa see it. Over the last couple months, the location in Ardmore has went from one of the best to one of the worst. We eat there 2 to 4 times a week because we love it and itâs convenient, but itâs become a horrible experience. We never know now If we will get the right order if itâll be made well or if weâre gonna have an extremely long wait. Nothing like working a 14 hour day in the oil field and then waiting for an half a hour to get your food at taco Casa because youâve already committed to the long drive-through line And you got a family waiting at home excitingly for it. And full disclosure, I waited until we had about five or six bad experiences before I posted this but itâs almost every single time now. Please fix it because Im not sure I can go on with out it⊠Truly sucks when your favorite fast food place in the world goes rock bottom.
