I went through the drive through. Not one person in it or at the restaurant. I asked for one moment to decide and the lady had to have an attitude about it. I don’t know what was up with that. Why would I want to spend my hard earned money on a place like that. Very disappointing, I was really looking forward to trying their Cajun chicken sandwich.

Placed a mobile order ahead on 4/23/2025 at 1 PM only to show up and get pulled around the building, then brought only part of my order. Missing fries and two sandwiches, rest of order not prepared correctly. Manager gotta get it together mane

What happened to Wendy’s??? Absolutely no one was there last night at 7 pm, should have been a clue. Several people standing around the kitchen then I ordered a single burger. When did they change the hamburger meat over to cardboard ? Dried up tasteless thin barely warm meat with a bun that could only have come out of the fridge. Fries were warmer than burger but not great. Sad sad level they’ve dropped down to so I won’t return to this location.

For the most part the customer service is great. There are a few times where someone is at the window and they have a monotone voice which seems like it’s an attitude, but I understand it’s not. Almost every time I come through the drive thru I have to pull around to the other side to wait for my food, though, and I’m typically only getting one meal.

This is no exaggeration, I found seven small hairs in my burger. April 3rd 2025, at 11:00 a.m.. I don't live in town, so I did not take the burgers back I just want everyone to know. Gross!

Went threw door dash and the food was cold ordered a sprite and got Dr Pepper yall food is really good here and there and know it’s just cold yall could do better.

Yum. Breakfast has chicken biscuits which reduce my calorie intake.
