Waited a long time for our food in the drive thru. We had Chicken strips and a Hamburger and fries. The hamburger was tough and seemed like it had been sitting around. The chicken strips also tasted liked they had them from the day before. I could barely chew them. Can't believe we wasted our money here. Definitely the worst Whataburger we have been to.

Went to the drive thru (waited a good 30 min) and ordered 3 meals- repeated my order 3 times to make sure it was correct. Got to the window and again repeated my order to ensure it was right. Still each item was wrong except for 1 order of onion rings. After paying $50 for 3 meals and repeating myself over 3 times, I would hope it would be right - nope. This makes the 3rd time in a little over a month that it was completely wrong.

The Whataburger in Ardmore Oklahoma has to be one of the better locations. The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.
51 minutes for a single burger meal through the drive through, not even busy!!! There was one car in front of us at the speaker when we pulled up. No apology, no explanation. 15 minutes after taking payment while at the window!!! Never again

I like Whataburger but this one in Ardmore, OK had to be worst that day. July 19th. We ordered thru drive thru, and we waited in the B lane. We waited over 30 mins for food. We took trips to rr and back, still in same place. Our order was wrong. Then it came back cold. We were traveling thru Ardmore and on time restraint. Otherwise, we would have went inside to complain.
