Floor felt as if it were mopped in oil very slippery. Service was slow waited for 30 minutes for 2 burgers onion rings and fries. So disappointed especially with it being my first and last time there

Went to drive thru and the lady that took our order was very clear and nice even the younge man that brought it out. But the hamburgers patties were not even warm. Over all the food was not good.

This was a late night taquito & burger run after a super long day of moving and driving from OKC. In their defense it was incredibly busy - the wait was at least 30 minutes but the food was good enough and the lady at the window was friendly.

Vegetarian options: Other than salad you’re pretty limited.

Dietary restrictions: Not many options

Parking: Very tight parking and pretty much all used for drive thru. They get busy and it’s pretty tight.

I have always loved this Whataburger, but recently it has gotten bad. The manager who is in charge of ordering needs to be replaced. I managed fast food fire years, and it is not that difficult to make sure that you have supplies to handle your customers. They ran out of coke, then tree machines were broken, or do they said. Today they're out of tortillas. I go there every day. I'm so over that manager. Fix it!!!!

We waited 20 minutes for our food after paying for it in the drive through, three burgers 2 fries, no drinks. There were only 3 people at one table on the inside of the restaurant. This is ridiculous for the drive through service we spent about 45 plus minutes to go through the line including after we paid for our food.

I had a patty melt sandwich on Texas toast and a seasonal peppermint shake. The sandwich was OK, but I couldn't taste the peppermint in the shake. Overall impression: average fast food place.

I’ve been in the drive through line for over thirty minutes and the line hasn’t moved. In fact, the last several times I have been here it’s like that. When you go in you get your food fast (Under five minutes), the drive through is the problem.

Went to this store and orders food for me my wife and kids all the food was ice cold my wife asked for ranch instead of ketchup and the drive
Thru lady said the sauce would be .44 cents a sauce then slammed the window in our face called the manager to complain and she took her side and said all there food was made fresh that the French fries only last three minutes after coming out the fryer and that there was nothing she could do for me will not be returning to this establishment
