About Bricktown Brewery

Bricktown Brewery is a standard brewery in middle America that feels like a chain with wood decorations inside. The menu has pizzas, burgers, tacos, and salads. Service can be friendly and attentive, but the staff is often very busy and stressed. The food quality is inconsistent. Some guests found the food really good, with huge chicken tenders, a perfectly cooked burger with crisp toppings, and hot fries. The chips are thicker than most. However, other experiences were poor. Food has gone downhill; one order of chicken nachos looked old and microwaved. The Cheddar Curds had half with no cheese and half with uncooked batter. The fried chicken Mac and cheese had good, well seasoned chicken but dry noodles that looked like they had been sitting out. The gumbo was not gumbo but a thick gravy with veggies and meat over rice that had been sitting. Portions have dwindled to half the size; the wife’s fish looked like nuggets, not filet. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean for a busy restaurant.
