Manager very unexperienced in customer service and hygiene he's dirty not well groomed they dont use gloves or cover facial hair or hair on head they don't even wear the KFC uniform most of the time the manager doesn't have a clue of how to train his staff dealing with customers nor when it comes to cooking the food the is not when given to the customers , when u place a order there either out of chicken , or biscuits or other then when u question the manager on it he blames the corporation he will tell u they have one fryer in the restaurant then he will speak to the customer about what he is going threw with his personal life an while he is doing this he is shouting at customers were they can even here him in the drive threw the manager even stated that this is a different KFC they dont have any money to get him more fryers I asked him isn't KFC with Pepsi Corporation hesitate then he said yes then I asked him if this KFC was a franchise he said he didn't no then the manager said he would have chicken if he didn't have people like me i said what that mean he got quiet I told him all I asked for is original no Breast then he says 25 min wait. KFC IN BARTLESVILLE OKLAHOMA STORE VERY UNCLEAN THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS MORE CORPORATE VISITS CORPORATE HIGHERING PEOPLE ARENT CLEAN CHICKEN NOT DONE NEEDS HEALTH DEPARTMENT VISITS POOR MANAGEMENT

We have four chicken tenders. There is no crust on them. Looks like they dropped in the fryer. They weighed less than a quarter of a pound. Very disappointing won’t be telling anyone to go eat there bartlesville Oklahoma.

Totally appalled at how the tables were "wiped off" with just a napkin, no sanitizer or anything... totally disgusted, and it wasn't even busy.. we were the only customers in the dining area so there was no excuse!! Just sheer laziness

Ordered on doordash and saw I didn't get my coleslaw the driver said she only received what was given to her. I tried to call the store and the kept hanging up, if the numbers is wrong then update it!!!

It's a gamble, sometimes the chicken is fresh, tender, and delicious but sometimes like today, it's dark, dried out and taste like yesterdays old chicken. Sometimes it's mixed with old and new chicken. I don't usually get a whole 16 piece bucket of old dried out chicken, but today, during lunch rush, I did. This was bad, like a couple days old and super dried out. Yuck. I could barely eat it but my dogs liked it. I'll stop taking a risk of the kinda food they are selling. I don't want to get sick.
The guy at the window went above and beyond to help us and got a 5 dollar tip because he was worth every penny. The food is AMAZING!

My husband just went through the drive through. He ordered an 8 piece Original with mashed potatoes and gravy. In addition to that, he ordered one extra crispy breast with fries. He was charged and paid for all of it. When he got home they had given him an 8 piece all extra crispy, fries, mashed potatoes and gravy. He didn’t receive all that he ordered and the order was wrong. We had not been there in over a year and now I remember why. That order a year ago was also incorrect. The guy working there saw my husband’s Veteran hat and said the next time he’d give him a Veteran’s discount. There won’t be a next time! These people just cannot get an order correct for us. I can’t speak for anyone else. From now on, we will go elsewhere!
