Dink's is absolutely delicious and a Bartlesville institution. Every time I'm in town, I have to visit (and bring home bottles of their sauce). Couldn't recommend more!
Everyone raves about this local BBQ spot so we decided to give it a try. We're not huge fans of BBQ, but we don't hate it. There's plenty of parking and the restaurant is very clean and decorated with the whole small town BBQ theme. Our waitress was very kind and helpful, she offered to help us with the menu since it was our first visit. I ordered the short ribs with green beans and corn on the cob, it comes with a piece of bread and a pickle. The ribs had a wonderful smoky flavor...read full review

We live in OKC metro but we go to Bartlesville often to visit with in-laws. Whenever they ask where I want to eat, I am always wanting Dinks. I love their shoe string onions, and the BBQ has never ever disappointed me. You just can't go wrong visiting Dinks.
