Food was fine but the service sucked I wouldn’t recommend going to this Arby’s they act like when you order it’s a pain for them to take your order and then when they do they only hear certain things and don’t fully listen to your order I went there a couple days ago got 2 of the 2 for $10’s and asked auju they didn’t even add it to the order when they brought me my order it wasn’t in the bag so went and told them about it and the girl...read full review
Ordered at DT. Pulled around to window. Johnathan H greeted me at the window with a smile on his face. He was a very polite young man. He has excellent customer service. I had ordered a classic roast beef. The lady that made it, Sandy is her name. This is the first time ever that the meat was distributed evenly on the bun.I called the store to let them know my experience. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and friendly.
