Came in right as the store was opening. The manager was helping a , complicated, customer. The cook in the back ,Bill, saw us waiting and came around to the counter, took our order, then went to back and made it. Thank you Bill.

I have absolutely no complaints the food is always right and the staff are always extra nice compared to other fast food restaurants I find myself coming there many times a week because of just how nice this restaurant is.Dietary restrictions: You can sub any meat on any sandwich and they are actually surprisingly customizable.Parking: Many spots and on my way to workKid-friendliness: The kids meals come with neat little toys/games. This was my first visit to this location. Terrible and slow service. My fries were served old and burned, but not just my meal but everyone's meal in my party of 4. I was so disappointed as I like Arby's food, generally speaking. Drive thru took more than 15 minutes. SMH.
