I ate here with my sister and after finishing our food got a refill for my coke, mind you I ordered a small and my sister got a water cup. In my mind a small would be the smaller cup. After refilling my drink the team lead comes up to us no greeting straight hostility claiming that we’re using the water cup for coke and “stealing” we explained to her that we got confused and we did get water and a coke. Just in the wrong cups. She did not care and continued to be hostile and in my face told us to put it in the right cup still in a very rude way. We went straight to apologizing and continued to show her that there was water in the cup so basically it wasn’t stealing. I would never treat somebody this way and this is wrong leadership. Won’t be coming back.

If you're in middle of America and you like Asian food you can't do any better than Panda Express but it's not just the place it's the people they're real good people young trying to find their way but they find a way to be courteous and get you just what you want always plenty of sauce and for a good price can't beat it

BRODY APPRECIATION POST.
Came here after church, food was well stocked. There was an unruly, impatient older man frustrated that the employee running the register left to use the restroom.
Brody stepped up and took care of this man, checking him out and wishing him an awesome day while exercising the most restraint one could expect from an old man that was taunting and threatening him. He handled the situation tactfully in a way that cooled the old man down (eventually), and that is very deserving of recognition… so good job Brody.
I don’t say this lightly. This was the best Panda I’ve ever had.
I’ve eaten panda for almost 3 decades, at many locations, mostly across the western US. This plate stands out as the best panda I’ve ever eaten. I will probably never eat at this location again, because I live a very long way from Bartlesville. But you can bet, if I’m ever in the area, I will be making a stop.

I came to the Bartlesville store and order 2 medium orders of teriyaki chicken. By the huge picture on the wall and their on-line menu this chicken was sliced chicken breast. I can not eat dark meat chicken. I called to tell them about it and first the girl kept saying "well you know most people ask what kind of chicken it is." I said why would I ask when right there on every menu is a huge picture of sliced chicken breast with teriyaki sauce on it. She repeated her comment a couple of times then the guy in the background (her co-worker or boss started being hateful and mouthing loud so I could hear him. One of the things he said and not this nice wording,. He said tell her to just get over it. Talk about customer service. Wow
Today I had the pleasure of being served by Aryana in Bartlesville OK. When I pulled up to the window Aryana greeted me with a big beautiful smile and infectious attitude. Bar none the best customer service I have received. Thank you Aryana 😊!!

Every time I come here its a terrible experience, last time it was an hour before closing but they only had a few choices cause they didn’t want to cook more. This time I waited in the drive thru for 15minutes before they would take my order the told me to pull into a slot. 20 minutes later I went inside to see what the hold up was. They lost my order and could not find it in the system then told me I couldn’t get a refund without a receipt cause they can’t find it. Never again.
