First off they had no fried rice and then went to get sweet tea and it was out.... so tried the Fanta strawberry but it was orange! Got to my table to eat my only to find out they got all cheap with their portions! They used to give you a large amount of chicken but barely any this time! Going downhill!

Customer service is atrocious, food is awfully prepared and under seasoned. Worst Panda I have ever eaten.

Tried this place out today for the first time and everything was wonderful! The food was hot and flavorful, all of the team members were smiling and friendly. They were on point and you could tell they work together as a team. Jr and Mike (?) Were so nice and helpful! This location has it together!

Before I found out I had an extreme allergy to red meat I had eaten here in the past without issue. Today I went in at rush hour and from online research thought I could eat the super greens and the string bean chicken. They were out of both and told me it would be a few minutes. They had ran out of a third of the bowls of food. The manager, I believe his name was Curtis, came out to try to help get caught up. Super greens finally came out. After I’d stood there for five minutes letting other customers go in front of me the manager asks what I was waiting on. I said string beans chicken. He hollered back to the cooks, told me it would be five minutes and I saw them drop green beans into a deep fryer. I asked the manager if there was beef items cooked in the same deep fryer as the green beans and he replied “we just blanch them.” I asked again “is there beef cooked in that fryer, I’m allergic to red meat.” He replied “maybe, I have no idea.” At that point I had to walk out. Ten minutes waiting to be told by the manager he didn’t know how food was cooked. I won’t be back and neither will my friends.

I was seriously surprised by this place. Just the quality and the quantity alone are worth the visit.

No matter the time, every single time I come here they are out of half their menu. Why would a business advertise items they don't offer? When I do order it's in the drive through and I always end up waiting 20+ minutes. I won't be coming here anymore.

Always waiting 15 minutes on food to be cooked at this Panda Express cause they refuse to plan ahead. I'd rather drive to a different store.

For a fast food chain I can always count on them for a decent meal. Area was clean and neat and servers were quick. They do have a senior discount but must ask for it and generous servings.

I've only been through Drive Thru. So far, service and food have been in five-star levels. Panda is always quick and easy. Portion size, if you are getting the bowl, is plentiful and worth the money. I've been to several locations, but I like this one best. ??Parking: No potholes!

I ordered chicken (grilled and sliced). I think they take the chicken out of the bag and cook it with the fat on. I ended up picking up each sliced piece and separating it into a pile of chicken and a pile of fat :( There was plenty of chicken...but more fat than i would have expected. This seems to be a trend. We used to eat here regularly. I see no reason to return.
