I went through the drive through. Kyson waited on me. I was in pain from an accident. He was super kind to me and made sure I got everything in my bag to eat at home. He even told me at the last minute the baked potatoes were available again. I really wanted one but they were all gone until the last minute. He is one of those employees that goes above and beyond - so rare these days. Because of him -I will return to Rib Crib! Thanks Kyson!

Horrible! We went there tonight 9/18/2024. There were only two tables of people and they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. What? The place was empty, to me that means they don't want to mess with you. Lazy employees are going to be out of a job soon if they keep that up.they had plenty of time for employees to be standing out back smoking though. Never again.

the employees at the location are fantastic! Nick, Brandy, Breezy, and Emery are always on top of things and happy to greet returning customers. i come in regularly and have never had any issues with service or food! hope this is helpful
