We caught them open on the last weekend for the year. They will be back in January, and they are only open weekends. Everything we tried was amazing. I lived in NYC, and it was like being back there. The food is made with love and steeped in good memories. The Roti was hot and amazing. The chicken patty was crispy and full of goodness. The stewed chicken and pork, the curry potatoes, stewed vegetables, and rice were cooked perfectly. If you like exotic flavors, beyond jerk chicken, this is the place for you. Don't forget the pepper sauce. The menu includes something for everyone, including vegans. It's worth the drive, the wait, and the prices are reasonable for the amount you get. Definitely recommend.

It's so good! The chicken patties tasted like the ones I used to get in Marsh Harbour in the Bahamas when I used to visit my inlaws. The stewed pork with roti and curried potatos was so good! I wish this place was closer!

There crab with the seafood medley and dumplings was soo not what i was expecting until i opened the box and took a bite it was indeed a medley of flavors and it wasn't spicy as described .. FYI be sure you have a table to yourself cause you will need the room to savor his meal ..The "blackcake/rumcake" is top notch ..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! #hiddengem

Nice Caribbean atmosphere that definitely needs more patronization. I had the Jerk chicken with rice and macaroni. Jerk chicken was spicy and sweet, really good. The macaroni was similar to that of KFC and could use more shredded cheese and seasoning. The rice was just ok. Overall I would definitely go here for the meats!

The most authentic carribean food since my mother's cooking. Food is flavorful and plated nicely. The chef puts his love for satisfying taste buds in each and every dish. If you get there early enough on a Saturday or Sunday you can get delighted by some doubles. They also have a bar with signature drinks from the islands. The vibe at the bar is real nice and the music is always pumping.I really feel welcomed and at home when I dine here. Trinidad and all of the carribean islands are represented well here.

I’ll start with the good, the atmosphere is upbeat and the woman who took my order was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, that’s the extent of the good in my experience here. I ordered the j*** chicken plate to go with a water, the plate itself was $18.50 the water $1.50, which I thought at the time was justified because of there being a lot of food on the plate, I was wrong. About the equivalent of a chicken breast, and then a scoop of rice and collard greens, which is absurd when you consider the fact that you can get more food at a taco truck for literally half the price. I expected the taste to make up for it based on other reviews, and I was pretty disappointed personally. The chicken was sweet, but seemingly only from the pineapple. There was a lot of sauce but it didn’t do anything for the chicken, and the spice from it was just that, spicy. Not very flavorful. I’ve had way better j*** chicken. The rice was very bland, and the collard greens were as expected. I wish the best for this business, but I will not be returning.

Beyond any experience I could have imagined. Rene and his team are the epitome of island hospitality and love. Their food and customer service is second to none. I wholy recommend Caribbean Fusion Trini Style to all who want to step out of their normalcy and experience Island culture. Great job

I ordered the chicken curry with roti. I was expecting chicken cut in pieces so I could wrap my roti around it but it was 2 pieces of chicken(1 leg and 1 thigh). It seemed like it was cooked several days ago because it was not fresh. I will continue to look for Caribbean food elsewhere...!!!
