The food here is amazing. The balleadas have become a staple for an affordable snack. The balleadas sencillas (beans and cream) start at $5. I usually add carne asada. I’ve tried many things on their menu (and off, birriaqueso) and have never been disappointed.
I’ve had the food from here a few times and it’s always been great. It’s a favorite of a few people I know and so they’ve often shared with myself and my husband. And even having not eaten the food there - and instead at home, it’s still delicious.
We were looking for Nicaraguan cuisine but it was closed. Drove a little more and found a gem. The place , service and food were great. My husband had the carne asada con tajadas and I had chicken and steak tacos. Delicious ! Our waitress was very attentive and super nice.
