Walking in you can see it's a smaller location. But it still feels open & cozy instead of stuffy. Lighting is where it needs to be & the window also lets light in. The waiting staff is very attentive & ready to take your order. Our server brought out the bean sprouts & Pho in a timely manner. If there's not something you see on the menu then the staff will take a custom order, of course. Not only are the portion sizes robust but they also do not leave you wanting more ingredients. In addition, the seafood in your Pho is plentiful & the steak with veggies are exceptional as well. The broth is seasoned & you can tell that it was cooked for multiple hours. With added cilantro, garlic, & Basil the broth is; dare I say, downright drinkable. This spot is a must if you enjoy Pho & you will most likely have lunch the next day. Pricing is very modest but I would also suggest adding an egg for $2. It was poached to perfection. Thank you to the staff & the chef! This is how much I had left over after I got full & that container is at least 8 inches tall.

Love the pho soups here and also the vermicelli bowls. Pan fried noodles are delish. Wish they had some kind of dessert.

Everything was great except our server was the only one on duty during lunch. So I was without a refill on my tea for my entire meal. Not a huge deal I guess, and it wasn't the servers fault. He was running the cash register and taking orders the entire time. But I would suggest they make sure they have enough servers, or at least a cashier, during lunch hour so customers can at least get a quick refill.

Decent Pho for a small town where there aren’t a whole lot of genuine pho options.

My husband and I came on a Friday evening. They were quite busy. We wanted to try this because normally we would drive to Classen to eat Asian bistro vii. This is my go to spot. We just needed something closer to the home. Environment is cute and I love all the murals on the wall here at 3nine. We ordered the egg rolls (3 for $5). Danny got the combo pho and I ordered the bun Bo hue. Egg rolls- made traditionally with the pork, mushrooms, bean thread noodles. It came with a sweet sauce. Egg rolls it self is very good! Pho- pho had a lot of noddles. Not a lot of protein. The broth was very odd. There was a weird taste in the broth and it really taste like bad Bethany water. Bun Bo hue is better than pho. But wayyyy too sweet. I don't think I'll be able to come back but glad I tried

This place spoiled me for pho. Both eating it at restaurants and my laborious journey to make good pho at home. I'd finally found a good recipe and was pretty proud of myself... then I came here. However, as much as I love their pho (can you tell it's amazing), their spicy beef soup is one of my favorite dishes of all time. I don't even like spicy food, but that soup is crave-worthy. Honestly everything is good here. Their specials are delicious - if you can get one before they run out for the day. The service is good. The waitstaff tend to sit behind a front counter keeping an eye on things so they see when you need something and don't hover over your shoulder. The ambiance is very bright and casual. Great for friends, family, or work. Good for dates if you're doing casual focusing on food. TL;DR: You like pho or want to try it? This is the best in the metro. Try all the things. Spicy beef soup (bun bo hue) is not too spicy, it's just right.
