Based on the reviews, Birriería Diaz has some of the best Mexican food in Bethany. The food is so good, with the quesabirria tacos with the lamb being the best ever. The birria lamb is delicious and authentic. The green chicken pozole is absolutely next level with so much flavor. The Tacos Racheros with beans and rice are really good. The rice is really good, and the salsa has the perfect amount of spice. Service is great, quick, and fantastic. The atmosphere is fantastic, and they treat customers like family. The restaurant is busy but the service is quick. A manager checks on everyone. The hospitality is great.
