“First time to visit tonight- what a fun and delicious experience!!- We usually have a cocktail at one of our favorite bars before dinner- but noticed they had a bar in the restaurant, Daniel (a professional bar keep ) served us stunning craft cocktails!!- (He’s also vice pres of the local bartender’s guild - impressive)!! We ordered multiple items from the menu and all were delicious!!- Jorge from the kitchen gave us a sample of some kind of cold/sweet coconut soup to sample- fabulous!!- Thanks Chef Jeff for a wonderful evening out !!!- Your staff is 5 star!!!“

“I'm a huge, huge fan of fried mushrooms / vegan wings. I've eaten them all over the world. THESE are the best I've had. Ever ate something so good that you got a li'l sad cuz you know it'll be over soon? That's how this food feels. And the STAFF are the friendliest – everyone who works here introduced themselves over the course of our meal (we also did quinoa burgers and a oyster mushroom sandwich, also a 10/10). We live in Florida but it looks like we're gonna have to move here now. 🙄🤣❤️🔥“

“Fun atmosphere, great food, and friendly service. I sat at the bar and enjoyed talking with fellow patrons. I ordered a gluten-friendly Sweetness with a cherry limeade. The crust was unlike any other I have had, and the hot honey was the chefs kiss. The cherry limeade was a good balance of sweet and sour. I ordered a gluten-friendly salted caramel chocolate chip cookie to go.“

“Today was our first Plant experience, and anytime we’re in OKC this will be a must stop! My husband, daughter, and I all have different food allergies, and we were all able to eat an amazing breakfast! They are so knowledgeable of all of their ingredients and were so patient with us verifying ingredients. Five stars isn’t enough!“

“Absolutely phenomenal! Decided to try a new restaurant, after visiting the zoo. I live a couple hours away, and most of the restaurants, we've tried in the OKC area, we're meh at best. We sat on the patio balcony, loved the view! Mac (our server) was friendly and attentive, probably the best service, I've ever had. I'm pretty sure this was the best meal, I've ever had! We will most definitely be back!“

“This has been our favorite restaurant for years. The customer service is top notch!! Met the owner this evening and just simply amazed by her years of dedication and not just 1 but running 3 restaurants.. being a restaurant owner I just am so impressed!! Oh and Kennan (sp?) our server, was absolutely one of the best servers we have ever had at any restaurant!! Then he tells us he had only been there two weeks!! Amazing!!!“

“Awaji is a hidden gem! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Everything we tried was excellent. The ambiance is just as impressive as the food. It's warm, stylish and inviting, with a fun energy that makes you want to stay awhile. It feels special without being stuffy or overly formal. Great food, great atmosphere, and an overall wonderful experience. Definitely one of those places you leave already planning your next visit. Highly recommend!“

“What can I say? Y’all, I don’t even live in OKC. I arrived yesterday for a concert and found this gem. I immediately felt like I came home. The food was top tier. I devoured every single bit.
They were so unbelievably kind to me. I sat at the bar area for hours because my AirBNB was not ready. The staff was more than ok with me lounging while I worked. It was so unbelievable that I came back the next day before my flight.
Now I’m back in Dallas and I don’t know why I feel sad lol. I felt like I have known them forever. To Roxy, Al & the tall good looking guy, you’ll never know how much these two days meant to me. To the kitchen staff and manager, Thank you! Your food is impeccable. You have a goldmine here. Thank you all for your hospitality and memories. Looks like I will have to come back very soon just to eat and hang. Give Coco the rooster a treat for me.

“We had been out doing Halloween activities and wanted to eat real authentic India food. This place was it!!! We walked inside and was instantly greeted with a smile and a booth. My baby and I are vegan so it was a perfect menu and the buffet had fresh hot food. We love it here!! The women waiting on us were so kind, sweet and the atmosphere alone made the place feel like home. We will be coming back soon. Thank you for this little hidden gem. Not enough stars on here for The Taj.“
