I have to mention the poached pear as it was absolutely a delight and is now my favorite food. The veal parmigiana was equally fantastic and the cheesecake was divine. “This was our first visit.We were looking for a place to go to have a sandwich. It was very Cool and Artsy. Waitress was very friendly and helpful.I took one of her suggestions on a sandwich. Sandwiches were so good! kind of smaller than what I expected, There is an option for a larger size. Taste was excellent! A lot of Originality! Can't wait to go back and try others, I got two halves and tried two different ones. Improvement could be made on the sides as the chips were bags and the mac salad tasted like from pre-made from Walmart. Looks like they have live music and Karaoke, and they have specials on alcohol and sandwiches on specific days. Can't wait to try. !“

“Honest review. Found Mr. Hui after searching the overall ratings in Norman, OK. This was our first time trying this restaurant for lunch. Tried the Moo Goo Gai Pan combo plate which came with fried or white rice, an egg roll and either egg drop or sweet and sour soup. The presentation was great as noted in the pictures and I appreciate the freshness and crispness of the vegetables. The egg drop soup was excellent. Also, all the food was seasoned right and not overall salty. The lunch portions were huge with plenty of leftovers. The music was at a low level so you easily have conversation in this restaurant. Overall, I give this restaurant 4/5. You should definitely try this place because you will not be disappointed.“

“Never eaten there before, went for the first time today. Staff got me a menu quickly and were pleasant. Had the street pad Thai and massaman curry, was very satisfied with both portion and flavor. Lvl 2 spicy was hot but tasty (yes I know I am but a weak European genes haver) and everything was fresh and delicious. My only complaint was I couldn't try more of the menu in one sitting.“

“5 stars all the way. I love the fact that we have another Christian restaurant in Norman, closed Sunday's to allow employees time for church and family. I appreciate that the music isn't obscene and I can feel comfortable staying there to eat with my daughter. Just because they are trying to make heaven crowded shouldn't make anyone feel uncomfortable. Nothing is forced on you there unlike all the rainbow images everywhere we go anymore. But we have the option to look away. God understands a bad church experience and he doesn't condone wolves in sheep clothing. Give God a chance, not religion.“

“Took my children here for lunch and few days ago and everyone loved it!

The buffet style setup with many different food categories was very cool and everything was surprisingly extremely clean. Everything tasted good and very fresh overall, even the fruit and salad bar.

My children found the automatic hand washing station very cool as well. We will definitely be back.

*pro tip- buy coffee at the little campus coffee shop (do not remember the name but they are right behind the huge parking lot only for campus tag vehicles) and get free four hour parking with your purchase. The front desk staff must help you scan their QR code.“

“Tried McAlister’s Deli for the first time and honestly I’m mad I didn’t come sooner. From the moment we walked in, the service was great. The cashier, Tyra, was super patient and took the time to explain the whole menu to me and my wife. Since it was our first time, that really helped. She recommended the “Choose 2” option, which ended up being an awesome choice because we got to try more than one thing without overdoing it.

She also recommended the cheesecake… and wow, easily one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. On top of that, she made a delicious cup of sweet peach tea that was perfect with the meal.

Between the amazing food and Tyra’s great attitude and patience, the whole experience was just really enjoyable. Customer service like that makes a big difference. We’ll definitely be back!!“
