The prices and portions are generous, and I have never left the restaurant feeling hungry or unhappy with my meal. They are currently working to expand the menu further. After moving our oldest out of her college dorm we were ready to drive two hours home and wanted to try her favorite restaurant but it was only 3pm and we weren’t hungry. “Been many times and tjis is the first time the steaks were awful. Very tough, lots gristle, way over cooked which they replaced and manager came around later and comped the steak meals. We had ordered the big rib eyes. They were very nice and professional, we didn't approach them just told them when they asked how they were we told them. Spinach dip was excellent, mac and cheese excellent, wine and the Baileys coffee were excellent too. We went on Friday at 330, not busy at all, sat for 2 hours visiting. Staff very friendly
This next visit was great! Salmon, pork chops ,shrimp,asparagus, wine, dessert and Irish coffee!“

I think we hit the jackpot with The Winston in Norman!! Everything on the menu sounded fantastic, but settled on the shrimp tacos and drunken ceviche, which were off the chart delicious! Our bartenders Jordan, along with Whitney (not Houston) set the tone for one of the best dinner dates we've had. “Honest review. Found Mr. Hui after searching the overall ratings in Norman, OK. This was our first time trying this restaurant for lunch. Tried the Moo Goo Gai Pan combo plate which came with fried or white rice, an egg roll and either egg drop or sweet and sour soup. The presentation was great as noted in the pictures and I appreciate the freshness and crispness of the vegetables. The egg drop soup was excellent. Also, all the food was seasoned right and not overall salty. The lunch portions were huge with plenty of leftovers. The music was at a low level so you easily have conversation in this restaurant. Overall, I give this restaurant 4/5. You should definitely try this place because you will not be disappointed.“

Lvl 2 spicy was hot but tasty (yes I know I am but a weak European genes haver) and everything was fresh and delicious. My only complaint was I couldn't try more of the menu in one sitting.“

The decor has certainly changed from the crowded walls full of things from the past. There was still some decor, but it is no longer cluttered on all the walls.

Opting to sit at the bar, we were treated to quick and attentive service, while also being able to catch some sports action on television. The overall atmosphere was lively. To start, we ordered the queso. The flavors were well-balanced, and the cheese was perfectly melted, making it an excellent appetizer choice. As for the main course, I chose the blackened shrimp tacos, and they were very good. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning to create a burst of flavors in each bite. I was impressed with this dish and would recommend it to others. My wife opted for the Cali club sandwich with a side of fried okra, and she was pleased with her choice. The sandwich had a delightful combination of flavors. The fried okra added a nice crunchy touch to the meal, and she thoroughly enjoyed the entire plate. For dessert, we indulged in the funnel cake fries, and they were the perfect way to end our meal. The warm, crispy goodness of the funnel cake combined with the sprinkled powdered sugar made for a delicious treat that left us feeling satisfied. The service throughout the evening was commendable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed to have a pleasant dining experience.
